Tkanina obiciowa Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wzorzysta tkanina z dekoracyjnymi motywami, przeznaczona w szczególnosci do stosowania jako tkanina obiciowa. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac tkaniny, przejawiajaca sie w jej rysunku, motywach zdobniczych oraz ich ukladzie nadajacym jej oryginalny wyglad. Wzór tkaniny obiciowej charakteryzuje sie powtarzalnoscia motywu na calej dlugosci tkaniny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach oraz na zalaczonych próbkach. Na rysunku fig. 1 przedstawiono wzór tkaniny obiciowej, fig. 2 - wzór tkaniny obiciowej w odmianie 1, fig.3 wzór tkaniny obiciowej w odmianie 2, fig.4 - wzór tkaniny obiciowej w odmianie 3. Próbki przedstawiaja rózne wycinki tkaniny w odmianach.Wzór charakteryzuje sie powtarzajacym sie wzorem stylizowanych motywów roslinnych: girland, lisci, lodyg, kwiatostanów.. Wzór wedlug odmiany pierwszej charakteryzuje sie kolorem tkaniny w odcieniach bezu i brazu. (Fig. 2 rysunku i próbki) Wzór wedlug odmiany drugiej charakteryzuje sie kolorem tkaniny w odcieniach bezu, piaskowego (brazu). (Fig. 3 rysunku i próbki) Wzór wedlug odmiany trzeciej charakteryzuje sie kolorem tkaniny w odcieniach bezu i ciemniejszego brazu. (Fig. 4 rysunku i próbki) Cechami istotnymi tkaniny obiciowej jest jej powtarzajacy sie wzór skladajacy sie ze stylizowanych motywów roslinnych: girland, lisci, lodyg, kwiatostanów, elementów kolorystycznie kontrastujace z tlem. Tlo tkaniny miesza ze soba dwa kolory nici tworzac efekt melanzu. Calosc tworzy oryginalna kompozycje. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of fabric, manifested in its pattern, decorative motifs, and their arrangement, giving it a unique appearance. The pattern of the upholstery fabric is characterized by the repetition of the motif along the entire length of the fabric. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings and samples. Figure 1 shows the upholstery fabric pattern, Figure 2 - the upholstery fabric pattern in variant 1, Figure 3 - the upholstery fabric pattern in variant 2, and Figure 4 - the upholstery fabric pattern in variant 3. The samples show various fabric sections in the variants. The pattern is characterized by a repeating pattern of stylized plant motifs: garlands, leaves, stems, inflorescences. The pattern according to the first variant is characterized by a fabric color in shades of beige and brown. (Fig. 2 of the drawing and sample). The pattern according to the second variant is characterized by a fabric color in shades of beige and sandy (brown). (Fig. 3 of the drawing and sample) The pattern according to the third variant is characterized by a fabric color in shades of beige and darker brown. (Fig. 4 of the drawing and sample) The essential feature of the upholstery fabric is its repeating pattern consisting of stylized plant motifs: garlands, leaves, stems, inflorescences, and elements contrasting in color with the background. The fabric background mixes two thread colors, creating a melange effect. The overall composition creates an original composition.
