Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wzorzysta tkanina z dekoracyjnymi motywami. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac tkaniny, przejawiajaca sie w jej rysunku, moty- wach zdobniczych oraz ich ukladzie nadajacym jej oryginalny wyglad. Wzór tkaniny charakteryzuje sie powtarzalnoscia motywu na calej dlugosci tkaniny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach. Na ilustracji Fig. 1 przedstawiono wzór tkaniny, na Fig. 2 - wzór tkaniny w odmianie 2. Tkanina wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie powtarzajacym sie wzorem stylizo- wanych wijacych sie i rozdzielajacych sie lodyg, tworzacych wzory nawiazujace do lodygi paproci (Fig. 1). Wzór wedlug odmiany drugiej charakteryzuje sie kolorem tkaniny w odcieniach szarosci/czerni (wzór lodygi) oraz perlowego tla (Fig. 2). Cechami istotnymi tkaniny obiciowej jest jej powtarzajacy sie wzór utworzony z wijacych sie lo- dyg, które przypominaja stylizowane i fantazyjne lodygi paproci. Sa one ciemniejsze od tla, co ekspo- nuje wzór. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of fabric, manifested in its pattern, decorative motifs, and their arrangement, giving it a unique appearance. The fabric pattern is characterized by a repeating motif along the entire length of the fabric. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations. Fig. 1 shows the fabric pattern, and Fig. 2 shows the fabric pattern in variant 2. The fabric according to the industrial design is characterized by a repeating pattern of stylized, curling and separating stems, creating patterns reminiscent of a fern stem (Fig. 1). The design according to variant 2 is characterized by a fabric color in shades of gray/black (the stem pattern) and a pearlescent background (Fig. 2). The essential feature of this upholstery fabric is its repeating pattern of winding stems, reminiscent of stylized and fanciful fern stems.
