Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest jego nowa i indywidualna postac przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, i zestawieniu barw tkaniny, co nadaje jej estetyczny 1 niepowtarzalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach w szesciu odmianach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia tkanine w pierwszej odmianie, fig. 2 przedstawia tkanine w drugiej odmianie, fig. 3 przedstawia tkanine w trzeciej odmianie, fig. 4 przedstawia tkanine w czwartej odmianie, fig. S przedstawia tkanine w piatej odmianie, a fig 6 przedstawia tkanine w szóstej odmianie. Ponadto przedmiot wzoru we wszystkich odmianach uwidoczniono na zalaczonych szesciu próbkach tkaniny. We wszystkich odmianach tkanina wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada tlo z ciemniejszymi motywami kwiatowymi (margaritki), na którym umieszczono w jednakowych niewielkich odstepach kolejny motyw kwiaty przedstawiajacymargaritki o dziewietnastu platach, które dzieki zastosowaniu splotu kombinowanego wystaja nieznacznie ponad tkanine stanowiaca tlo. W pierwszej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego zastosowano kolory jasny ceglasty i czerwony. W drugiej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego zastosowano kolory ciemny braz i jasny braz. W trzecia odmianie wzoru przemyslowego zastosowano kolory braz i czarny. W czwartej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego zastosowano kolory braz i pomarancz. W piatej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego zastosowano kolory braz i zielen.. W szóstej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego zastosowano kolory bez i kawe z mlekiem. The essence of the industrial design is its new and unique form, manifested in the line layout and color combination of the fabric, which gives it an aesthetic and unique appearance. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawings in six variations, in which Fig. 1 shows the fabric in the first variation, Fig. 2 shows the fabric in the second variation, Fig. 3 shows the fabric in the third variation, Fig. 4 shows the fabric in the fourth variation, Fig. S shows the fabric in the fifth variation, and Fig. 6 shows the fabric in the sixth variation. Furthermore, the design is shown in all variations in the attached six fabric samples. In all variations, the fabric based on the industrial design features a background with darker floral motifs (margaritas), on which another floral motif, representing nineteen-petalled margaritas, is placed at regular intervals. Thanks to the combined weave, these motifs protrude slightly above the background fabric. The first variation of the industrial design uses light brick and red colors. The second variation of the industrial design uses dark brown and light brown colors. The third variation of the industrial design uses brown and black colors. The fourth variation of the industrial design uses brown and orange colors. The fifth variation of the industrial design uses brown and green colors. The sixth variation of the industrial design uses lilac and coffee with milk colors. Essential features of the industrial design: The fabric based on the industrial design has: a background with darker floral motifs (margaritas), on which another floral motif representing nineteen-petalled margaritas is placed at regular intervals.
