Material obiciowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest material obiciowy z deseniem. Material przeznaczony jest do wykorzystywania jako obicie, zwlaszcza mebli wypoczyn- kowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w kompozycji i kolorystyce elementów tworzacych desen. Material wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma desen w postaci powtarzalnego ukladu kwiatów i lisci na jasnym tle. Kwiaty sa dwubarwne i skladaja sie z we- wnetrznych platków w jednym kolorze oraz zewnetrznych platków w drugim ko- lorze. Miedzy kwiatami na tle usytuowane sa trzy rodzaje lisci - liscie wypelnio- ne takim kolorem jak wewnetrzne platki kwiatów, liscie wypelnione kolorem zbli- zonym do koloru tla oraz liscie niewypelnione kolorem z zarysowanymi samymi konturami. The material is intended for use as upholstery, particularly for lounge furniture. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in the composition and color scheme of the elements that make up the pattern. The material, according to the industrial design, has a pattern in the form of a repeating arrangement of flowers and leaves on a light background. The flowers are bicolored and consist of inner petals in one color and outer petals in a second color. Three types of leaves are placed between the flowers on the background – leaves filled with the same color as the inner petals, leaves filled with a color similar to the background color, and leaves without any color, with only outlines. The leaves are of different sizes and do not touch each other. The material according to the industrial design is presented in seven color variations in the illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the material with a pattern, in a black and white version, Fig. 2 shows the first color variation of the material with a pattern, Fig. 3 shows the second color variation of the material with a pattern, Fig. 4 shows the third color variation of the material with a pattern, Fig. 5 shows the fourth color variation of the material with a pattern, Fig. 6 shows the fifth color variation of the material with a pattern, Fig. 7 shows the sixth color variation of the material with a pattern. The industrial design, in addition to the black and white version, has six variations: - the first variation with flowers and leaves in beige, dark brown and white; - the second variation with flowers and leaves in beige and dark brown; - the third variety, with flowers and leaves in light brown and beige; - the fourth variety, with flowers and leaves in dark purple and light green; - the fifth variety, with flowers and leaves in burgundy and beige; - the sixth variety, with flowers and leaves in black and red. The essential features of the industrial design are that the material has a pattern in the form of a repeating arrangement of flowers and leaves on a light background; the flowers are two-toned and consist of inner petals in one color and outer petals in a second color; There are three types of leaves placed between the flowers on the background - leaves filled with the same color as the inner petals of the flowers, leaves filled with a color similar to the background color, and leaves not filled with color with only outlined contours, the leaves are of different sizes and do not touch each other.
