Material obiciowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest material obiciowy z deseniem. Material przeznaczony jest do wykorzystywania jako obicie, zwlaszcza mebli wypoczyn- kowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w kompozycji i kolorystyce elementów tworzacych desen. Material wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma desen w postaci powtarzalnych falu- jacych linii ulozonych równolegle do siebie na jasniejszym od nich tle. Linie te sa dwubarwne-kolor linii powtarza sie naprzemiennie. Fale na liniach sa róznej wysokosci, ukladaja sie sinusoidalnie, z lekkim przechyleniem na boki, fale na liniach sasiadujacych ze soba przechylone sa w przeciwnych kierunkach. Wzór przemyslowy, oprócz wersji czarno-bialej, ma siedem odmian: - odmiane pierwsza posiadajaca linie w kolorze kremowym i pomaranczowym, z tlem w kolorze bezowym;- odmiane druga posiadajaca linie w kolorze zielonym i pomaranczowym, z tlem w kolorze bezowym; - odmiane trzecia posiadajaca linie w kolorze rózowym i fioletowym, z tlem w kolorze bezowym; - odmiane czwarta posiadajaca linie w kolorze niebieskim i brazowym, z tlem w kolorze bezowym; - odmiane piata posiadajaca linie w kolorze kremowym i czerwonym, z tlem w kolorze bezowym; - odmiane szósta, posiadajaca linie w kolorze ciemnobrazowym i zlotym, z tlem w kolorze bezowym; - odmiane siódma, posiadajaca linie w kolorze bordowym i czarnym, z tlem w kolorze bezowym. The material is intended for use as upholstery, particularly for lounge furniture. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in the composition and color scheme of the elements that make up the pattern. The material, according to the industrial design, has a pattern in the form of repetitive, wavy lines arranged parallel to each other on a lighter background. These lines are two-colored—the colors of the lines repeat alternately. The waves on the lines are of different heights, arranged sinusoidally, with a slight sideways tilt; the waves on adjacent lines are tilted in opposite directions. The material according to the industrial design is presented in eight color variations in the illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the material with a pattern, in a black and white version, Fig. 2 shows the first color variation of the material with a pattern, Fig. 3 shows the second color variation of the material with a pattern, Fig. 4 shows the third color variation of the material with a pattern, Fig. 5 shows the fourth color variation of the material with a pattern, Fig. 6 shows the fifth color variation of the material with a pattern, Fig. 7 shows the sixth color variation of the material with a pattern. Fig. 8 shows the seventh color variation of the material with a pattern. The industrial design, apart from the black and white version, has seven variations: - the first variation having cream and orange lines, with a beige background;- the second variation having green and orange lines, with a beige background; - the third variety, with pink and purple lines, with a beige background; - the fourth variety, with blue and brown lines, with a beige background; - the fifth variety, with cream and red lines, with a beige background; - the sixth variety, with dark brown and gold lines, with a beige background; - the seventh variety, with burgundy and black lines, with a beige background. The essential features of the industrial design are that the material according to the industrial design has a pattern in the form of wavy lines arranged parallel to each other on a lighter background; these lines are two-colored, and the color of the lines repeats alternately; Moreover, the waves on the lines are of different heights, arranged sinusoidally, with a slight tilt to the sides, while the waves on adjacent lines are tilted in opposite directions.
