Material obiciowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest material obiciowy z deseniem. Material przeznaczony jest do wykorzystywania jako obicie, zwlaszcza mebli wypoczyn- kowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w kompozycji i kolorystyce elementów tworzacych desen. Material wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma desen w postaci powtarzalnego ukladu lisci na kratkowanym tle. Liscie ulozone sa na poszczególnych, tworzo- nych przez tlo pasach, przy czym liscie ulozone w jednym pasie sa jednakowe- go koloru. Kolor lisci w pasie powtarza sie co drugi pas. Liscie polozone na gra- nicy dwóch pasów sa dwukolorowe - linie dzielace pasy dziela lisc na dwie cze- sci o róznej barwie. Tlo, na którym umieszczone sa liscie sklada sie z czterech rodzajów prostokatów rózniacych sie wielkoscia, barwa i deseniem, które ulo- zone sa obok siebie w regularny sposób. Material wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest w siedmiu odmia- nach kolorystycznych na ilustracjach, na których Fig. 1 przedstawia material z deseniem, w wersji czarno-bialej Fig. 2 przedstawia pierwsza barwna odmiane materialu z deseniem, Fig. 3 przedstawia druga barwna odmiane materialu z deseniem, Fig. 4 przedstawia trzecia barwna odmiane materialu z deseniem, Fig. 5 przedstawia czwarta barwna odmiane materialu z deseniem, Fig. 6 przedstawia piata barwna odmiane materialu z deseniem, Fig. 7 przedstawia szósta barwna odmiane materialu z deseniem. Wzór przemyslowy, oprócz wersji czarno-bialej, ma szesc odmian:- odmiane pierwsza posiadajaca liscie w kolorze kremowym i pomaranczowym, z tlem w kolorze bezowym i brazowym; - odmiane druga posiadajaca liscie w kolorze ciemnobrazowym i zielonym, z tlem w kolorze bezowym i brazowym; - odmiane trzecia posiadajaca liscie w kolorze brazowym i ciemnokremowym, z tlem w kolorze bezowym i brazowym; - odmiane czwarta posiadajaca liscie w kolorze czerwonym i kremowym, z tlem w kolorze bezowym i brazowym; - odmiane piata posiadajaca liscie w kolorze brazowym i ciemnobrazowym, z tlem w kolorze bezowym i brazowym; - odmiane szósta, posiadajaca liscie w kolorze czarnym i bordowym, z tlem w kolorze bezowym i brazowym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego polegaja na tym, ze material ma desen w postaci powtarzalnego ukladu lisci na kratkowanym tle, liscie ulozone sa na po- szczególnych, tworzonych przez tlo pasach, przy czym liscie ulozone w jednym pasie sa jednakowego koloru a kolor lisci w pasie powtarza sie co drugi pas; liscie polozone na granicy dwóch pasów sa dwukolorowe - linie dzielace pasy dziela lisc na dwie czesci o róznej barwie a tlo, na którym umieszczone sa liscie sklada sie z czterech rodzajów prostokatów rózniacych sie wielkoscia, barwa i deseniem, które ulozone sa obok siebie w regularny sposób.Fig. 1Fig.2 Fig.3Fig.5 Fig.6 PLUpholstery Material The subject of the industrial design is patterned upholstery material. The material is intended for use as upholstery, particularly for lounge furniture. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in the composition and color scheme of the elements forming the pattern. The material, according to the industrial design, has a pattern in the form of a repeating arrangement of leaves on a checkered background. The leaves are arranged on individual stripes created by the background, with the leaves arranged in one strip being the same color. The color of the leaves in a strip is repeated in every other strip. The leaves located on the border of two stripes are bicolored – the lines dividing the stripes divide the leaf into two different-colored parts. The background on which the leaves are placed consists of four types of rectangles varying in size, color, and pattern, arranged next to each other in a regular pattern. The material according to the industrial design is presented in seven color variations in the illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the material with a pattern, in a black and white version, Fig. 2 shows the first color variation of the material with a pattern, Fig. 3 shows the second color variation of the material with a pattern, Fig. 4 shows the third color variation of the material with a pattern, Fig. 5 shows the fourth color variation of the material with a pattern, Fig. 6 shows the fifth color variation of the material with a pattern, Fig. 7 shows the sixth color variation of the material with a pattern. The industrial design, in addition to the black and white version, has six variations: - the first variation with cream and orange leaves, with a beige and brown background; - the second variation with dark brown and green leaves, with a beige and brown background; - the third variety, with brown and dark cream leaves, with a beige and brown background; - the fourth variety, with red and cream leaves, with a beige and brown background; - the fifth variety, with brown and dark brown leaves, with a beige and brown background; - the sixth variety, with black and burgundy leaves, with a beige and brown background. The essential features of the industrial design are that the material has a pattern in the form of a repeating arrangement of leaves on a checkered background, the leaves are arranged on individual stripes created by the background, with the leaves arranged in one strip being the same color and the color of the leaves in a strip repeating every other strip; the leaves located on the border of two stripes are two-colored - the lines dividing the stripes divide the leaf into two parts of different colors and the background on which the leaves are placed consists of four types of rectangles differing in size, color and pattern, which are arranged next to each other in a regular manner.
