Material obiciowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest material obiciowy z deseniem. Material prze- znaczony jest do wykorzystywania jako obicie, zwlaszcza mebli wypoczynkowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w kompozycji i kolory- styce elementów tworzacych desen. Material wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada desen w postaci jednobarwnego tla, na którym umieszczona jest sekwencja powtarzajacych sie kompozycji skladajacych sie z zachodzacych na siebie jednobarwnych figur. Figury te maja postac prostokatów, na które nachodza figury przypominajace wstegi o zróznicowanej szerokosci. The fabric is intended for use as upholstery, particularly for lounge furniture. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in the composition and color scheme of the elements that make up the design. The fabric, according to the industrial design, features a pattern in the form of a single-color background, on which is placed a sequence of repeating compositions consisting of overlapping single-color figures. These figures are in the form of rectangles, overlaid by ribbon-like figures of varying widths. The material according to the industrial design is presented in nine color variants in the illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the material with a pattern, in a black and white version, Fig. 2 shows the first color variant of the material with a pattern, Fig. 3 shows the second color variant of the material with a pattern, Fig. 4 shows the third color variant of the material with a pattern, Fig. 5 shows the fourth color variant of the material with a pattern, Fig. 6 shows the fifth color variant of the material with a pattern, Fig. 7 shows the sixth color variant of the material with a pattern, Fig. 8 shows the seventh color variant of the material with a pattern, Fig. 9 shows the eighth color variant of the material with a pattern. The industrial design, apart from the black and white version, has eight variants: - the first variant having a light background and burgundy figures; - the second variant having a light background and pink figures; - the third variety having a light background and blue figures; - the fourth variety having a light background and cream figures; - the fifth variety having a light background and light brown figures; - the sixth variety having a light background and gold figures; - the seventh variety having a light background and brown figures; - the eighth variety having a light background and grey-green figures. The essential features of the industrial design are that the material according to the industrial design has a pattern in the form of a single-colored background, on which is placed a sequence of repeating compositions consisting of overlapping single-color figures in the form of rectangles, on which overlapping figures resembling ribbons of varying widths.
