Material obiciowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest material obiciowy z deseniem. Material prze- znaczony jest do wykorzystywania jako obicie, zwlaszcza mebli wypoczynkowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w kompozycji i kolory- styce elementów tworzacych desen. Material wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada desen w postaci podwójnego wzoru umieszczonego na tle. Pierwszy wzór stanowia rozmieszczone na calej powierzchni tla figury wzorowane na spiralach, których obrecze przecinaja sie. Drugi wzór stanowi na- lozona na pierwszy wzór kompozycja pasów skladajacych sie z powtarzajacych sie ko- lorowych figur, które zbudowane sa z trzech elementów wypelnionych kolorem. Srod- kowy element kazdej figury ma postac trójkata z zaokraglonymi rogami, a pozostale dwa elementy maja postac obreczy na bazie trójkata z zaokraglonymi rogami. Pasy fi- gur na materiale umieszczone sa w ten sposób, ze co drugi podluzny pas sklada sie z figur o jednakowym kolorze. The material is intended for use as upholstery, particularly for lounge furniture. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in the composition and color scheme of the elements forming the pattern. The material, according to the industrial design, has a pattern in the form of a double pattern placed on a background. The first pattern consists of figures modeled on spirals, with intersecting hoops, distributed across the entire background surface. The second pattern is a composition of stripes composed of repeating colored figures, composed of three elements filled with color, superimposed on the first pattern. The central element of each figure is a triangle with rounded corners, while the other two elements are in the form of a hoop based on a triangle with rounded corners. The figure strips on the material are placed so that every other longitudinal strip consists of figures of the same color. The material according to the industrial design is presented in five color variants in the illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the material with a pattern in black and white, Fig. 2 shows the first color variant of the material with a pattern, Fig. 3 shows the second color variant of the material with a pattern, Fig. 4 shows the third color variant of the material with a pattern, Fig. 5 shows the fourth color variant of the material with a pattern,2 The industrial design, in addition to the black and white version, has four variants: - the first variant with a silver background, the first pattern in the form of light silver spirals, and the second pattern in the form of figure strips in orange and black; - the second variant with a silver background, the first pattern in the form of light silver spirals, and the second pattern in the form of figure strips in cream and brown; - the third variety has a silver background, the first pattern in the form of light silver spirals, and the second pattern in the form of strips of figures in light brown and dark brown; - the fourth variety has a gold background, the first pattern in the form of light gold spirals, and the second pattern in the form of strips of figures in orange and green.
