Material obiciowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest material obiciowy z deseniem. Material prze znaczony jest do wykorzystywania jako obicie, zwlaszcza mebli wypoczynkowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w kompozycji i kolory styce elementów tworzacych desen. Material wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada desen w postaci kompozycji linii i kwiatów umieszczonej na szarym tle z jasnym cieniowaniem. Cieniowanie na tle ma postac kwiatów i splotów lisci ukladajacych sie w zespól polaczonych ze soba figur zbli zonych do elips. Na tle z cieniowaniem umieszczony jest powtarzajacy sie wzór, wykonany w kolorze, skladajacy sie z nakladajacych sie na siebie w regularny sposób linii z kwiatami. Linie maja postac pólkolista, z zawinietymi do wewnatrz w spirale zakonczeniami. Na liniach i ich laczeniach znajduja sie umieszczone w regularny sposób kwiaty o pieciu platkach. This material is intended for use as upholstery, particularly for lounge furniture. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in the composition and color of the elements forming the design. The material, according to the industrial design, features a pattern in the form of a composition of lines and flowers placed on a gray background with light shading. The shading on the background takes the form of flowers and leaf tangles arranged in a set of interconnected figures resembling ellipses. On the shading background is a repeating pattern, executed in color, consisting of regularly overlapping lines with flowers. The lines are semicircular, with their ends curling inward in a spiral. The lines and their joints feature regularly placed five-petalled flowers. The material according to the industrial design is presented in five color variants in the illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the material with a pattern, in a black and white version, Fig. 2 shows the first color variant of the material with a pattern, Fig. 3 shows the second color variant of the material with a pattern, Fig. 4 shows the third color variant of the material with a pattern, Fig. 5 shows the fourth color variant of the material with a pattern. The industrial design, apart from the black and white version, has four variants: - the first variant, in which the pattern on a gray background with light shading is cream-colored, - the second variant, in which the pattern on a gray background with light shading is burgundy, - the third variant, in which the pattern on a gray background with light shading is orange, - the fourth variant, in which the pattern on a gray background with light shading is brown.
