Material obiciowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest material obiciowy z deseniem. Material przeznaczony jest do wykorzystywania jako obicie, zwlaszcza mebli wypoczyn- kowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w kompozycji i kolorystyce elementów tworzacych desen. Material wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma desen w postaci powtarzalnego ukladu lisci i dmuchawców w róznych kolorach. Liscie maja rózna wielkosc, nie stykaja sie ze soba i usytuowane sa w ciagach przemiennie z dmuchawcami. Dmuchawce maja liscie stykajace sie ze soba i nitkowe skrzydelka i usytuowa- ne sa w ciagach przemiennie z liscmi. Skrzydelka dmuchawców sa wyróznione od tla. Liscie maja jednolite lub cieniowane wypelnienie. Wzór przemyslowy, oprócz wersji czarno-bialej, ma szesc odmian: - odmiane pierwsza posiadajaca liscie w kolorze jasnozóltym i czarnym, z szarym tlem;- odmiane druga posiadajaca liscie w kolorze pomaranczowym i jasnozóltym, z szarym tlem; - odmiane trzecia posiadajaca liscie w kolorze rózowym i czarnym, z szarym tlem; - odmiane czwarta posiadajaca liscie w kolorze czerwonym i jasnozóltym, z szarym tlem; - odmiane piata posiadajaca liscie w kolorze zóltym i pomaranczowym, z brazowym tlem; - odmiane szósta, posiadajaca liscie w kolorze brazowym i jasnobrazowym, z bezowym tlem. The material is intended for use as upholstery, particularly for lounge furniture. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in the composition and color scheme of the elements forming the pattern. The material, according to the industrial design, has a pattern in the form of a repeating arrangement of leaves and dandelions in various colors. The leaves are of different sizes, do not touch each other, and are arranged in alternating rows with the dandelions. The dandelions have touching leaves and thread-like wings, arranged in alternating rows with the leaves. The dandelion wings are set off from the background. The leaves have a solid or shaded filling. The material according to the industrial design is presented in seven color variations in the illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the material with a pattern, in a black and white version, Fig. 2 shows the first color variation of the material with a pattern, Fig. 3 shows the second color variation of the material with a pattern, Fig. 4 shows the third color variation of the material with a pattern, Fig. 5 shows the fourth color variation of the material with a pattern, Fig. 6 shows the fifth color variation of the material with a pattern, Fig. 7 shows the sixth color variation of the material with a pattern. The industrial design, apart from the black and white version, has six variations: - the first variation having light yellow and black leaves, with a gray background;- the second variation having orange and light yellow leaves, with a gray background; - the third variation having pink and black leaves, with a gray background; - the fourth variety has red and light yellow leaves, with a grey background; - the fifth variety has yellow and orange leaves, with a brown background; - the sixth variety has brown and light brown leaves, with a beige background. The essential features of the industrial design are that the material has a pattern in the form of a repeating arrangement of leaves and dandelions in various colors. The leaves are of different sizes, do not touch each other and are arranged in alternating rows with the dandelions, while the dandelions have touching leaves and thread-like wings and are arranged in alternating rows with the leaves, with the dandelion wings being set off from the background and all the leaves having uniform or shaded filling.
