Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest jego nowa i indywidualna postac przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, konturów oraz zestawieniu barw tkaniny, co nadaje jej estetyczny i niepowtarzalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach w siedmiu odmianach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia tkanine w pierwszej odmianie, fig. 2 przedstawia tkanine w drugiej odmianie, fig. 3 przedstawia tkanine w trzeciej odmianie, fig. 4 przedstawia tkanine w czwartej odmianie, fig. S przedstawia tkanine w piatej odmianie, fig 6 przedstawia tkanine w szóstej odmianie, a fig. 7 przedstawia tkanine w siódmej odmianie. Ponadto przedmiot wzoru we wszystkich odmianach uwidoczniono na zalaczonych siedmiu próbkach tkaniny. We wszystkich odmianach tkanina wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada dwukolorowe poziome prazki o zblizonej szerokosci, umieszczone na jednokolorowym tle, przetykanym jasniejsza nitka, przy czym co piaty prazek jest szerszy od pozostalych. Prazki nie posiadaja jednolitej struktury i tworza powtarzajacesie sekwencje wyznaczone szerszymi prazkami. Efekt uzyskany jest poprzez zastosowanie splotu kombinowanego. Industrial Design Creator: Murat Tosunoglu. The industrial design is a decorative fabric, particularly upholstery fabric intended for upholstering furniture and furniture sets. The essence of the industrial design is its new and unique form, manifested in the arrangement of lines, contours, and color combinations of the fabric, which gives it an aesthetic and unique appearance. The industrial design is shown in seven variants in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the fabric in its first variant, Fig. 2 shows the fabric in its second variant, Fig. 3 shows the fabric in its third variant, Fig. 4 shows the fabric in its fourth variant, Fig. S shows the fabric in its fifth variant, Fig. 6 shows the fabric in its sixth variant, and Fig. 7 shows the fabric in its seventh variant. Furthermore, the design is shown in all variants in the attached seven fabric samples. In all variations, the fabric in the industrial design features two-color horizontal stripes of similar width, placed on a single-color background interwoven with lighter thread, with every fifth stripe being wider than the others. The stripes are not uniform in structure and form repeating sequences defined by wider stripes. This effect is achieved through the use of a combined weave. In the first variation of the industrial design, the background is black, and the stripes are black and yellow. In the second variation of the industrial design, the background is yellow, and the stripes are orange. In the third variation of the industrial design, the background is red, and the stripes are a non-uniform yellow with black elements. In the fourth variation of the industrial design, the background is green, and the stripes are yellow with black elements. In the fifth variation of the industrial design, the background is light brown, and the stripes are brown with light elements. In the sixth version of the industrial design, the background is coffee brown, and the stripes are dark brown and yellow. In the seventh version of the industrial design, the background is close to red, and the stripes are yellow and red.
