PL 25123 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest tkanina dekoracyjna przeznaczona jako tkanina obiciowa. Tkanina dekoracyjna przeznaczona jako tkanina obiciowa zbudowana z dwóch polaczonych trwale warstw tkaniny, warstwy podkladowej o splocie plóciennym i wierzchniej warstwy pocietych rózg typu pluszowego o obrazie aksamitu z przebijajacym sie obrazem tla podkladu plótna. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa o indywidualnym charakterze postac tkaniny dekoracyjnej przejawiajace sie w budowie, ornamentacji i kolorystyki obrazu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia tkanine dekoracyjna w widoku z przodu, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, Fig. 7, Fig. 8, Fig. 9 i Fig. 10 przedstawiaja odmiany wzoru przemyslowego. The decorative fabric intended as upholstery fabric is constructed of two permanently connected fabric layers: a plain weave backing layer and a top layer of cut plush rods with a velvet image and a canvas background image showing through. The essence of the industrial design is a new, individual form of decorative fabric, manifested in the construction, ornamentation, and colors of the image. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the decorative fabric from the front; Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, Fig. 7, Fig. 8, Fig. 9, and Fig. 10 show variations of the industrial design. Significant Features of the Industrial Design: The decorative fabric according to the industrial design, composed of two layers: a lower layer with a backing fabric structure and a top layer of plush fabric, has significant features manifested in that the lower glassy-white layer on the top surface of the plush fabric has an iron-on image of cut silver rods up to 1.5 mm high. The velvet-type fabric has a background image of the canvas backing showing through, as shown in Figures 1-10. In the first variant of the industrial design, the decorative fabric with a lower glassy-white layer on the top surface of the plush fabric has an iron-on image of cut steel rods up to 1.5 mm high. velvet type with the background image of the canvas base showing through as shown in Figure Fig. 2.
