Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest tkanina dekoracyjna przeznaczona jako tkanina obiciowa. Tkanina dekoracyjna przeznaczona jako tkanina obiciowa zbudowana z dwóch warstw pola- czonych trwale: dolnej o strukturze tkaniny podkladowej i wierzchniej tkaniny typu pluszowego o obra- zie wcisnietych jednokierunkowych lukowatych linii. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa o indywidualnym charakterze postac tkaniny dekoracyj- nej przejawiajace sie w ornamentacji, linii i kolorystyki obrazu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia tkanine dekoracyjna w widoku z przodu, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, Fig. 7, Fig. 8, Fig. 9 i Fig. 10 przedstawiaja odmiany wzoru przemyslowego. The decorative fabric intended as an upholstery fabric is made of two permanently connected layers: a lower one with a backing fabric structure and an upper one of plush type fabric with an image of pressed unidirectional arcuate lines. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the decorative fabric with an individual character, manifested in the ornamentation, lines and colours of the image. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the decorative fabric in a front view, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, Fig. 7, Fig. 8, Fig. 9 and Fig. 10 show variations of the industrial design. Essential features of the industrial design Decorative fabric according to the industrial design, composed of two permanently connected layers: a lower one with the structure of a backing fabric, an upper one of a plush type fabric, has essential features manifested in the fact that on the upper surface of the plush type fabric it has ironed-in lines with variable waviness, resembling an image of a lake water surface at sunset as shown in Figure 1-10. In the first version of the industrial design, the decorative fabric, in chocolate color, made of two permanently connected layers: the lower one with a backing fabric structure, the upper one of a plush fabric, has significant features manifested in that on the upper surface of the plush fabric it has ironed-in lines with variable waviness, resembling an image of a lake's water surface at sunset, as shown in Figure Fig. 1. In the second version of the industrial design, the decorative fabric, in toffee color, made of two permanently connected layers: the lower one with a backing fabric structure, the upper one of a plush fabric, has significant features manifested in that on the upper surface of the plush fabric it has ironed-in lines with variable waviness, resembling an image of a lake's water surface at sunset, as shown in Figure Fig. 2.
