Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i barwie oraz ornamentyce, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtworzenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono w ujeciu ogólnym na zalaczonych ilustracjach. Widok czolowy rondla i podgrzewacza zaprezentowano na Fig. 1. Natomiast na Fig. 2 i Fig. 3 ukazano widok czolowy i perspektywiczny podgrzewacza. Z kolei na Fig. 4 uwidoczniono zegar w widoku czolowym.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw kuchenny rondla z podgrzewaczem i zegarem. Poszczególne elementy zestawu maja charakterystyczna dekoracje i zarysy okregu oraz wykonane sa korzystnie z kamionki. Rondel ma owalny korpus, którego dolna i górna czesc ma nieco pomniejszone srednice w porównaniu ze srednica w jego srodkowej czesci. Ponadto w srodkowej czesci korpusu, uformowano dwa owalne uchwyty, które usytuowano symetrycznie wzgledem siebie. Uchwyty rondla nie pozostaja w plaszczyznie prostopadlej do osi owego korpusu i sa nieco odchylone do góiy. Górna czesc korpusu przechodzi lagodnie w kolnierz, z którego wyprofilowano dziubek. Na korpusie wyrobu osadzono wypukla pokrywke, która zwienczona jest kulistym uchwytem. Dolna czesc korpusu rondla o pomniejszonej srednicy stanowi jego podstawe o zarysie kola. Dolna i górna powierzchnie korpusu rondla otoczono nieregularna jasnobrazowa i zalamaria, granatowa linia. Pomiedzy tymi zdobieniami, na srodkowej powierzchni czesci korpusie rondla naniesiono girlande przedstawiajaca rozmieszczone w regularnych odstepach jablko i gruszka ozdobione listkami. Druga zdobine stanowi drobne skupisko kropek o ciemnym zabarwieniu. Motywy te wystepuja naprzemiennie. Dodatkowo u podstawy i na górze wyrobu umieszczono rzad elementów przypominajacych koronke, zestawiona z granatowych ornamentów o zarysie kolistym i jasnobrazowym wypelnieniu.Granatowym kolorem pokryto uchwyty, kolnierz i powierzchnie pokrywy oraz jej kulisty uchwyt, przy czym na granatowej powierzchni pokrywy rozmieszczono rzedy nieregularnych prostokatów o bialych konturach, wyobrazajacych rozchylone skrzydla motyli. Podgrzewacz zestawu o owalnym korpusie, w srodkowej czesci ma najwieksza srednice. Natomiast dolna i górna czesc korpusu sa sciete i maja nieco pomniejszone srednice, przy czym górna czesc korpusu przechodzi lagodnie w poszerzony kolnierz, na którym ustawia sie podgrzewany rondel. Dolna czesc korpusu podgrzewacza o pomniejszonej srednicy stanowi jego podstawe o zarysie kola. Ponadto w srodkowej czesci korpusu usytuowano symetrycznie wzgledem siebie wybrania o ksztalcie ksiezyców i elipsy. Dolna i górna powierzchnie korpusu podgrzewacza otoczono nieregularna jasnobrazowa i zalamana, granatowa linia. Pomiedzy tymi zdobieniami, na srodkowej powierzchni czesci korpusie podgrzewacza naniesiono girlande przedstawiajaca rozmieszczone w regularnych odstepach jablko i gruszka ozdobione listkami. Druga zdobine stanowi drobne skupisko kropek o ciemnym zabarwieniu. Motywy te wystepuja naprzemiennie. Ponadto u podstawy i na górze wyrobu umieszczono rzad elementów przypominajacych koronke, zestawiona z granatowych ornamentów o zarysie kolistym i jasnobrazowym wypelnieniu oraz polozony na niebieskim tle rzad czarnych kropek z ogonkami. Dodatkowo u podstawy korpusu polozono rzad nieregularnych prostokatów o zielonych konturach, wyobrazajacych rozchylone skrzydla motyli Zegar zestawu ma owalny i pogrubiony korpus, który uformowano na ksztalt dzbanka. Z korpusu wyprofilowano element przypominajacy dziubek. Natomiast po przeciwnej stronie uksztaltowano pólokragly uchwyt. Korpus zegara osadzono na pogrubionym pierscieniu podstawy. U góry korpus zegara zwienczony jest pólokraglym uchwytem. Na srodkowej powierzchni korpusu zegara umieszczono dekoracje uwidaczniajaca girlandy nieregularnej, jasnobrazowej i zalamanej, granatowej linii. Pomiedzy tymi zdobieniami, naniesiono girlandeprzedstawiajaca rozmieszczone w regularnych odstepach jablko i gruszka ozdobione listkami. Druga zdobine stanowi drobne skupisko kropek o ciemnym zabarwieniu. Motywy te wystepuja naprzemiennie. Dekoracja umieszczona na srodkowej powierzchni korpusu zegara otoczona jest dwoma pierscieniami pogrubionych, niebieskich linii, pomiedzy którymi wstawiono metalizowane, o zlotym polysku rzymskie liczby wskazujace godziny zegara. Wskazówki zegara sa podobnie metalizowane i maja metaliczny polysk. Na obrzezach korpusu zegara zastawiono ze soba kilka girland ornamentów. Jedna z nich jest rzad elementów przypominajacych koronke, zestawiona z; granatowych ornamentów o zarysie kolistym i jasnobrazowym wypelnieniu oraz polozony na niebieskim tle rzad czarnych kropek z ogonkami. Z kolei rzad nieregularnych prostokatów o zielonych konturach, wyobrazajacych rozchylone skrzydla motyli zestawiono z rzedami nieregularnych prostokatów o bialych konturach na granatowym tle, które kojarza sie takze z rozchylonymi skrzydlami motyli. Granatowym kolorem pokryto w czesci dziubek, podstawe i uchwyty korpusu zegara. Wszystkie dekoracje wykonane na wzorze przemyslowym naniesiono na kremowe tlo.FIG. 1 FIG. 2 FIG. 3 FIG. 4 FIG. The subject of the industrial design is a set of a saucepan with a warmer and a clock, intended for cooking and decoration. The essential features of the industrial design are a new and original form of the object, manifesting itself in the shape, arrangement of lines, color, and ornamentation, suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the industrial design is shown in a general approach in the attached illustrations. A frontal view of the saucepan and warmer is presented in Fig. 1. Figs. 2 and 3 show frontal and perspective views of the warmer. Fig. 4 shows a frontal view of the clock. Essential features of the industrial design. The subject of the industrial design is a kitchen set of a saucepan with a warmer and a clock. The individual elements of the set feature characteristic decoration and circular outlines and are crafted from stoneware. The saucepan has an oval body, the lower and upper parts of which have slightly reduced diameters compared to the diameter of its central section. Furthermore, the central section features two oval handles, positioned symmetrically. The handles do not remain in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the body and are slightly angled upward. The upper part of the body gently merges into a collar, from which the spout is shaped. A convex lid sits on the body, topped by a spherical handle. The lower part of the saucepan body, with its reduced diameter, forms its circular base. The lower and upper surfaces of the saucepan body are bordered by an irregular light brown and, at the edges, a navy blue line. Between these decorations, a garland depicting an apple and a pear, adorned with leaves, placed at regular intervals on the central surface of the pot body is applied. The second decoration consists of a small cluster of dark dots, alternating these motifs. Additionally, a row of lace-like elements, composed of navy blue circular ornaments with light brown filling, is placed at the base and top of the pot. The handles, collar, and surfaces of the lid, as well as its spherical handle, are covered in navy blue, while the navy blue surface of the lid is decorated with rows of irregular rectangles with white outlines, representing the spread wings of butterflies. The set's oval-shaped heater has its largest diameter in the center. The lower and upper parts of the body are truncated and have slightly reduced diameters, with the upper part of the body transitioning smoothly into a widened collar on which the heated pot rests. The lower part of the heater's body, with its reduced diameter, forms its circular base. Furthermore, the central part of the body features symmetrically arranged recesses in the shape of moons and ellipses. The lower and upper surfaces of the heater's body are bordered by an irregular light brown and broken navy blue line. Between these decorations, on the central surface of the heater's body, a garland is applied, depicting an apple and a pear, adorned with leaves, placed at regular intervals. The second decoration consists of a small cluster of dark dots, these motifs appearing alternately. Additionally, the base and top of the piece feature a row of lace-like elements, composed of navy blue circular ornaments with light brown filling, and a row of black dots with tails set against a blue background. Additionally, the base of the body features a row of irregular rectangles with green outlines, representing the spread wings of butterflies. The clock in this set has an oval, thickened body, shaped like a jug. A spout-like element has been carved from the body. A semicircular handle is formed on the opposite side. The body of the clock rests on a thickened base ring. At the top, the body of the clock is topped with a semicircular handle. The central surface of the body features decorations featuring garlands of irregular light brown and broken navy blue lines. Between these decorations, a garland depicting an apple and a pear, spaced at regular intervals and adorned with leaves, is applied. The second decoration consists of a fine cluster of dark dots, alternating these motifs. The decoration, located on the central surface of the clock body, is surrounded by two rings of bold blue lines, between which are inserted metallic Roman numerals with a golden sheen, indicating the hours. The clock hands are similarly metallic and have a metallic sheen. Several garlands of ornaments are arranged around the edges of the clock body. One of these is a row of lace-like elements, juxtaposed with navy blue circular ornaments with light brown filling, and a row of black dots with tails, placed on a blue background. In turn, a row of irregular rectangles with green outlines, representing parted butterfly wings, is juxtaposed with rows of irregular rectangles with white outlines on a navy blue background, also associated with parted butterfly wings.
