Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna postac doniczki przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, rysunków, barw, ornamentacji, wlasciwosciach i zdobieniu powierzchni oraz wzajemnym usytuowaniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonych ilustracjach od fig. 1 do fig. 10 , na których pokazano przedmiot wzoru w poszczególnych odmianach, o identycznym ksztalcie doniczki z ale z róznymi przywieszkami. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a new and original form of a flowerpot, manifesting itself in the arrangement of lines, drawings, colors, ornamentation, properties and surface decoration, and the relative positioning of individual elements constituting the design. The subject of the design is presented in the attached illustrations from Fig. 1 to Fig. 10, which show the subject of the design in various variations, with an identical flowerpot shape but with different tags. The flowerpot according to the pattern has the essential features of a design in the form of a shape slightly rounded at the bottom, widening in the upper part, above which there is a slight narrowing and then a collar turned outwards, and under the collar in a slightly narrowing, a band made of natural or artificial material, wrapped around the flowerpot, on which a tag is attached, wherein the flowerpot may have a base in the color of its surface as shown in Figures 1 to 10. The flowerpot according to the pattern has the essential features of a shape slightly rounded at the bottom, widening in the upper part, above which there is a slight narrowing and then a collar turned outwards, and under the collar in a slightly narrowing, a band made of natural or artificial material, wrapped around the flowerpot, on which a tag is attached. in the form of a rectangle, wherein the flowerpot has a base in the color of its surface as shown in figure 1. The flowerpot according to the pattern has essential features in the form of a shape slightly rounded at the bottom, widening in the upper part, above which there is a slight narrowing and then a collar bent outwards, and under the collar in a slight narrowing there is a band made of natural or artificial material, wrapped around the flowerpot, on which a tag in the form of a square is attached, as shown in figure 2. The flowerpot according to the pattern has significant features in the form of a shape slightly rounded at the bottom, widening in the upper part, above which there is a slight narrowing and then a collar turned outwards, and under the collar in a slight narrowing there is a band made of natural or artificial material, wrapped around the flowerpot, on which a tag in the form of an angel is attached, and the flowerpot has a base with a rim in the color of the rim of the flowerpot, as shown in figure fig 7. The flowerpot according to the pattern has significant features in the form of a shape slightly rounded at the bottom, widening in the upper part, above which there is a slight narrowing and then a collar turned outwards, and under the collar in a slight narrowing there is a band made of natural or artificial material, wrapped around the flowerpot, on which a tag in the form of a heart is attached, and the flowerpot has a base with a rim in the color of the rim of the pot, as shown in figure fig 8. The pot according to the pattern has important features in the form of a block slightly rounded at the bottom, widening in the upper part, above which there is a slight narrowing and then a collar turned outwards, and under the collar in a slight narrowing a band made of natural or artificial material, wrapped around the pot, on which a tag in the form of a bell is attached, as shown in figure fig 9. The pot according to the pattern has important features in the form of a block slightly rounded at the bottom, widening in the upper part, above which there is a slight narrowing and then a collar turned outwards, and under the collar in a slight narrowing a band made of natural or artificial material, wrapped around the pot, on which a tag in the form of an oval in the shape of an egg is attached, and the pot has a base, as shown in Figure 10.
