Naczynie dekoracyjne Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia : 20 czerwca 2000 r Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest nowe i oryginalne naczynie ceramiczne przeznaczone do celów dekoracyjnych i uzytkowych, stosowane jako doniczka lub oslona doniczki z podstawka lub bez niej. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, rysunków, barw, wlasciwosciach i zdobieniu powierzchni oraz wzajemnym usytuowaniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonych ilustracjach fig. 1 - 7, na których pokazano to samo naczynie dekoracyjne w widoku perspektywicznym, przy czym poszczególne zalaczone ilustracje prezentuja wzór w odmianach o identycznym ksztalcie z podstawka, ale z róznym zdobieniem powierzchni. Naczynie dekoracyjne 1 wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt scietego odwróconego stozka z podwójnym kolnierzem w górnej czesci naczynia, przy czym kolnierz 3 stanowi szeroki pasek okalajacy doniczke, zas przy górnej krawedzi doniczki na szerokim pasie znajduje sie wywiniecie 4 tworzace rant, powierzchnie boczne naczynia oraz rant sa barwne pokryte sa wielokolorowym zdobieniem o róznym ukladzie linii i róznej kolorystyce, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonych fotografiach fig. 1 do 6. Naczynie dekoracyjne ma podstawek 2 o ksztalcie scietego stozka z podwójnym podcieciem zewnetrznej powierzchni bocznej oraz podcieciem tworzacym dnopodstawka przy czym zewnetrzne powierzchnie podstawka 2 sa barwne w kolorach powierzchni bocznej naczynia 1 jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1-7 . Naczynie dekoracyjne posiada cechy istotne wzoru w postaci poziomych kolorowych pasów oraz podstawek w kolorze rantu naczynia, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1. The subject of the decorative design is a new and original ceramic vessel intended for decorative and functional purposes, used as a flowerpot or flowerpot cover, with or without a saucer. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the arrangement of lines, drawings, colors, properties and surface decoration, as well as the relative positioning of individual elements constituting the design. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustrations, Figs. 1-7, which show the same decorative vessel in a perspective view. The individual attached illustrations present the design in variations of the identical shape with a saucer but with different surface decoration. The decorative vessel 1, according to the pattern, has the shape of a truncated inverted cone with a double collar in the upper part of the vessel, wherein the collar 3 is a wide strip surrounding the pot, and at the upper edge of the pot on the wide strip there is a flare 4 forming a rim, the side surfaces of the vessel and the rim are colored and covered with multi-colored decoration with a different arrangement of lines and different colors, as shown in the attached photographs Figs. 1 to 6. The decorative vessel has a base 2 in the shape of a truncated cone with a double undercut on the outer side surface and an undercut forming the bottom of the base, wherein the outer surfaces of the base 2 are colored in the colors of the side surface of the vessel 1 as shown in the attached drawing Figs. 1-7. The decorative vessel has the essential features of a design in the form of horizontal colored stripes and saucers in the color of the rim of the vessel, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1. The vessel may have a lumpy outer surface with a smooth double flange and a saucer whose rim is smooth and the remaining surface is lumpy, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 2. Another variant of the vessel has the essential features of an outer surface with a decoration depicting horizontal colored stripes with crosses on one of them and saucers in the color of the rim of the vessel, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 3. The vessel may also have an outer surface with a decoration depicting horizontal colored stripes with one stripe in a contrasting color and saucers in the color of the rim of the vessel, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 4. Another variant of the vessel has an outer surface with a decoration depicting vertical colored stripes. stripes and saucers in the color of the double collar, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 5. The vessel may also have an outer surface with decoration representing horizontal colored stripes with one stripe in a contrasting color on which dots and curved lines are placed, and a saucer in the color of the rim of the vessel, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 6.
