H * Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest zestaw donic wy- konanych z tworzywa sztucznego, w sklad którego wchodzi do- nica w ksztalcie ostroslupa scietego o podstawie kwadratu, donica w ksztalcie ostroslupa scietego o podstawie prosto- kata oraz donica w ksztalcie scietego stozka. Donice wcho- dzace w sklad zestawu sa przeznaczone do bezposredniego ho- dowania roslin ozdobnych oraz jako oslona dla doniczek.Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac donic wchodzacych w sklad zestawu, przejawiajaca sie w uksztaltowaniu wypro- filowan oraz w ukladzie linii na obwodzie ich powierzchni, co nadaje tym donicom swoisty, oryginalny i estetyczny wy- glad. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zala- czonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedsta- wia donice w ksztalcie ostroslupa scietego o podstawie kwa- dratu, fig. 2 - donice w ksztalcie ostroslupa scietego o podstawie prostokata, fig. 3 - donice w ksztalcie scietego stozka. H * The subject of the ornamental design is a set of flower pots made of plastic, which includes a flower pot in the shape of a truncated pyramid with a square base, a flower pot in the shape of a truncated pyramid with a rectangular base, and a flower pot in the shape of a truncated cone. The flower pots included in the set are intended for the direct cultivation of ornamental plants and as a cover for flower pots. The essence of the design is the new form of the flower pots included in the set, manifested in the shape of the profiles and the arrangement of lines on the circumference of their surface, which gives these flower pots a specific, original, and aesthetic appearance. The subject of the decorative pattern is shown in the attached illustration material, in which Fig. 1 shows flower pots in the shape of a truncated pyramid with a square base, Fig. 2 - flower pots in the shape of a truncated pyramid with a rectangular base, Fig. 3 - flower pots in the shape of a truncated cone. A set of planters with a turned-up collar, consisting of a truncated pyramid-shaped planter with a square base, a truncated pyramid-shaped planter with a rectangular base, and a truncated cone-shaped planter, each of which widens upward and is open at the top and is made of plastic. According to the decorative pattern, each planter in the set has a turned-up collar at an acute angle to the side surface, with rounded edges and corners. Trapezoidal protrusions appear on the circumference of the collar of each planter. On the side surface of each planter in the set, just below the collar, there is a flat protrusion along the entire circumference. Rectangular protrusions are arranged on the surface of the flat protrusion. The remaining side surface of each of the set's pots, located beneath the flat protrusion, features decorative elements arranged around its entire circumference in the form of elongated, parallel ribs that extend to the bottom of the pots. Between each pair of adjacent, parallel ribs is an ornament in the shape of stylized garlands, one above the other. The trapezoidal protrusions on the pots' collars, as well as the rectangular protrusions and elongated, parallel ribs on the circumference of the side surface of each pot, are arranged symmetrically and aligned.
