The industrial design applied for protection is shown in illustration 1, while illustrations 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 present its subsequent forms, i.e. variations of the industrial design, with illustrations 4, 5, and 6 depicting colored forms of the design and its variants. In illustrations 1 and 4, both the design and its variant are shown in a front view, while in illustrations 2, 3, 5, and 6, the variants of the design are shown in a perspective view. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in fig. 1 - decoration - is that: - it consists of an element in the shape of a rectangular frame, whereby - on one of the vertical sides of the frame, almost along its entire length, a rim with transverse cuts is visible; - a floral arrangement is placed within the frame, slightly overlapping the sides of the frame, wherein - the arrangement is created by a fancifully curved branch with one calla lily flower in the upper part and two in the middle, while in the middle and lower parts - one and two leaves, respectively. The design form without designation of colors is applied for protection. An essential feature of the industrial design variety shown in Fig. 2 - four connected decorations - is that they consist of: - four decorations, each of which is an element in the shape of a rectangular frame, wherein - on one of the vertical sides of the frame, almost along its entire length, a rim with transverse incisions is visible; - a floral arrangement is placed within the frame, slightly overlapping the sides of the frame, whereby - the arrangement is created by a fancifully curved branch with one calla lily flower in the upper part and two in the middle, and one and two leaves in the middle and lower parts, respectively; - the decorations are joined together so that they face each other back to back, effectively creating a perpendicular wall, the vertical edges of which constitute the edges of the frames. The spatial form of the design variety is submitted for protection, without designating the colors. An important feature of the industrial design variation shown in Fig. 3 - four connected decorations with a flat element and a base - is that they consist of: - four decorations, each of which is an element in the shape of a rectangular frame, whereby - on one of the vertical sides of the frame, almost along its entire length, a rim with transverse incisions is visible; - in the frame opening there is a floral arrangement, slightly overlapping the sides of the frame, whereby - the arrangement is created by a fancifully curved branch with one and two calla flowers placed on it in the upper part and two in the middle, and one and two leaves in the middle and lower parts, respectively; - in the upper part, the decorations described in the introduction are connected by a basically flat element with a small projection turned downwards, which somehow closes the perpendicular walls from the top, and - in this element there is a central round hole, around which a small ring-shaped overhang is visible; - the decorations are placed on a base, where PL 16985 3 - the base is an element whose lower outline resembles a quadrangle, while the walls of this element, above its lower edge, rise almost vertically upwards, creating a lateral surface resembling a plinth, the upper outline of which is smaller than the lower one, wherein - the lateral surface of the base has a generally stepped structure, created by its successive narrowings, and in its lower and upper parts - wider and narrower - there are ledges creating fanciful decorative motifs. The three-dimensional form of the design variety is applied for protection without designating the colors. An important feature of the industrial design variation shown in Fig. 4 - a colorful decoration - is that: - it consists of an element in the shape of a rectangular frame, whereby - on one of the vertical sides of the frame, almost along its entire length, a rim with transverse incisions is visible; - in the frame opening there is a floral arrangement, slightly overlapping the sides of the frame, whereby - the arrangement is created by a fancifully curved branch with one calla flower in the upper part and two calla flowers in the middle, and one and two leaves in the middle and lower parts, respectively; - the decoration is primarily black with gold accents, with the flowers in white and yellow, and the leaves in green and gold, and the floral arrangement is additionally adorned with shiny brocade. An important feature of the industrial design variation shown in Fig. 5 – four colorful decorations combined with a flat element – is that they consist of: - four decorations, each of which is a rectangular frame-shaped element, where - on one of the vertical sides of the frame, almost along its entire length, a rim with transverse cuts is visible; - a floral arrangement was placed in the frame, slightly overlapping the sides of the frame, whereby - the composition is created by a fancifully curved branch with one calla flower in the upper part and two in the middle, and one and two leaves in the middle and lower parts, respectively; - the decorations were connected to each other so that they face each other back to back, effectively creating a perpendicular wall, the vertical edges of which constitute the frame's perimeter; - in the upper part, the decorations described in the introduction are connected by a basically flat element with a small projection turned downwards, which somehow closes the perpendicular walls from the top, and - in this element there is a central round hole, around which a small ring-shaped overhang is visible; - both the decorations and the flat element are made basically in black decorated with gold, with the flowers being made in white and yellow, while the leaves are green and gold, and additionally the floral arrangement is decorated with shiny brocade. An important feature of the industrial design variation shown in Fig. 6 - four colorful connected decorations with a cap and a base - is that they consist of: - four decorations, each of which is an element in the shape of a rectangular frame, whereby - on one of the vertical sides of the frame, almost along its entire length, a rim with transverse incisions is visible; - in the frame opening there is a floral arrangement, slightly overlapping the sides of the frame, whereby - the arrangement is created by a fancifully curved branch with one calla flower in the upper part and two calla flowers in the middle, and one and two leaves in the middle and lower parts, respectively; - in the upper part, the decorations described in the introduction are connected by a basically flat element with a small projection turned downwards, which, as it were, closes the perpendicular walls from above; - above the flat element there is another element - a "cap" - resembling a bell in shape, topped with a ring at the bottom, the diameter of which is slightly larger than the diameter of the element itself, while at the top the bell-shaped element is topped with a low cylindrical element, with holes made both in the side wall of the cylindrical element and above the lower ring; PL 16985 4 - the decorations described in the introduction are placed on a base, wherein - the base is an element whose lower outline resembles a quadrangle, while the walls of this element, above its lower edge, rise almost vertically upwards, creating a side surface resembling a pedestal, the upper outline of which is smaller than the lower one, wherein - the side surface of the base has a substantially stepped structure, created by successive narrowings, with its lower and upper parts - wider and narrower - having ledges creating fanciful decorative motifs; - both the decorations, the flat element, the base, and the cap, are made primarily in black decorated with gold, with the base additionally in silver, while the flowers are made in white and yellow, the leaves - green and gold, and the floral arrangement is additionally decorated with shiny glitter.
