Известно декоративное средство для декора цветочного горшка в виде гофрированного листа, позволяющего декорировать цветочные горшки в некотором диапазоне диаметров верхней и нижней плоскости кромки горшка (патент США № 6427381 от 06.08.2002). Известно декоративное средство художественного оформления цветочного горшка - полимерное кашпо, позволяющее удерживать цветочные горшки различных размеров в определённом диапазоне последних (заявка РФ 95115579 от 13.09.1995). 2003104179 тштттт . . 2 . Уже известно декоративное декоративное средство для художественного оформления сосудов с цветами или растениями, содержащее размещенную на внешней поверхности оформляемого сосуда ленту из водостойкого материала с нанесённым на её поверхность, обратную внешней поверхности сосуда, художественным изображением, (патент Германии № 2226054 от 20.12.1973). Данное решение выбрано заявителем в качестве прототипа. Данное декоративное декоративное средство предусматривает использование в качестве декора цветочного горшка ленту, выполненную из водостойкого материала и содержащую на одном из краев специальный зубчатый язычок, а на другом щелевидный зазор, в который входит язычок, или содержашую эластичную ленту (в другом варианте конструкции), которой крепится лента при надевании ленты на горшок, что позволяет использовать ленту для горшков различных размеров в определённом диапазоне последних, кроме того на ленту предполагается наклеивать или приваривать различные изображения или элементы орнамента, что придаёт изображению рельефность. Представленное решение имеет, с точки зрения заявителя целый ряд недостатков. Во-первых обе конструкции крепления ленты на горшок не могут обеспечить приемлемого эстетического внешнего вида оформленного горшка т.к. в случае применения зубчатого язычка в силу его ступенчатости при надевании ленты на горшок или образуется незакрытая лентой щель или деформируется поверхность ленты, а в случае применения эластичной ленты - лента закрывает часть рисунка ленты и приводит к деформации поверхности ленты, кроме того применение эластичной ленты увеличивает трудоёмкость изготовления ленты и, следовательно её стоимость, что снижает потребительские свойства ленты.
