Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest fontanna, znajdujaca zastosowanie jako element malej architektury, zwlaszcza ogrodów, zielenców, skwerów lub parków. Fontanna wedlug wzoru wyróznia sie nowymi walorami wizualnymi oraz oryginalnym i indywidualnym ksztaltem. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, ksztalt, strukture, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Fontanna moze byc wytworzona w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z kamienia naturalnego lub sztucznego lub z betonu lub z tworzywa sztucznego. Wysokosc fontanny wedlug wzo- ru moze dochodzic do 2,5 m. Podstawe cokolu stanowi splaszczony walec o gladkiej powierzchni, z obwodowym zdobieniem wzdluz krawedzi. Powierzchnie cokolu zdobia rozchodzace sie promieniscie, równomiernie od srodka rowki. Na cokole usytuowana jest stylizowana, zwezajaca sie ku górze kolumna takze o gladkiej powierzchni. W dolnej czesci kolumna ma zarys walca, z roz- mieszczonymi na krawedzi obwodowymi zdobieniami w postaci rowków. Nastepnie kolumna zweza sie ku górze. Kolumna fontanny w górnej czesci rozszerza sie, tworzac podstawe misy fontanny. Misa fontanny jest pólkolista. Powierzchnie misy fontanny tworzy zdobienie w postaci rozchodzacych sie od cokolu naprzemiennie wzdluznych wkleslych rowków i wypuklosci. Obrzeze misy jest wywiniete na zewnatrz, przy czym krawedz misy zaopatrzona jest w dajacy efekt postrzepienia ornament w postaci pólokraglych wciec, przechodzacych w rowki oraz plaskich krawedzi przechodzacych w wypukle paski z wklesla bruzda posrodku. Posrodku misy fontanny znajduje sie postument o okraglym profilu. Podstawe górnej misy stanowia motywy zdobnicze w postaci wywinietych rybich ogonów, przy czym zewnetrzna powierzchnie kolumny, zwezajaca sie ku górze stanowi motyw luski. Górna misa fontanny jest pólkolista. Powierzchnie misy kreuje zdobienie w postaci rozchodza- cych sie od cokolu naprzemiennie wzdluznych wkleslych rowków i wypuklosci. The fountain according to the design is distinguished by new visual values and an original and individual shape. The essence of the design is a new and individual form of the product, given to it by the features of the line, shape, structure, material and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The fountain can be manufactured in an industrial or handicraft way from natural or artificial stone or from concrete or plastic. The height of the fountain according to the pattern can reach up to 2.5 m. The subject of the pattern is presented in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 - presents a perspective view of the fountain variant 1, Fig. 2 - presents a perspective view of the fountain variant 2, while Fig. 3 - presents a perspective view of the fountain variant 3, and Fig. 4 - presents a perspective view of the fountain variant 4. The essential features of the industrial pattern include that the fountain has the shape of a bowl supported by a plinth, with a decorative tower set in the bowl. The fountain bowl is supported by a plinth. The base of the plinth is a flattened cylinder with a smooth surface, with peripheral decoration along the edges. The surface of the plinth is decorated with grooves spreading radially, evenly from the center. On the pedestal there is a stylized column, also with a smooth surface, tapering upwards. In the lower part, the column has a cylindrical outline, with circumferential decorations in the form of grooves arranged on the edge. Then the column narrows upwards. The column of the fountain widens in the upper part, creating the base of the fountain bowl. The fountain bowl is semicircular. The surface of the fountain bowl is decorated in the form of alternating longitudinal concave grooves and convexities radiating from the pedestal. The rim of the bowl is turned outwards, while the edge of the bowl is provided with an ornament giving a fraying effect in the form of semicircular indentations, passing into grooves and flat edges passing into convex stripes with a concave groove in the middle. In the middle of the fountain bowl there is a pedestal with a round profile. The fountain, according to the industrial design, version 1, presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, is equipped with a column placed in the middle of the bowl, on which another bowl with a figurine is mounted. The column is decorated with radially placed ornaments in the form of fish figures with water outlet holes in their mouths. The base of the upper bowl consists of decorative motifs in the form of curled fish tails, while the outer surface of the column, narrowing upwards, consists of a scale motif. The upper bowl of the fountain is semicircular. The surface of the bowl is created by decoration in the form of longitudinal concave grooves and convexities extending from the base alternately. The rim of the bowl is turned outwards, and the edge of the bowl is provided with a frayed decoration in the form of semicircular indentations that turn into grooves and flat edges that turn into convex stripes with a concave groove in the middle. Inside the bowl is a figurine of a child drinking from a shell. The fountain, according to the industrial design, version 2, shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 2, is provided with a column placed in the middle of the bowl, on which another bowl with a figurine is mounted. The column is decorated with radially placed ornaments in the form of fish figures with water outlet holes in their mouths. The base of the upper bowl is made of decorative motifs in the form of turned-up fish tails, while the outer surface of the column, narrowing upwards, is made of a scale motif. The upper bowl of the fountain is semicircular. The surface of the bowl is decorated with alternating longitudinal concave grooves and convexities radiating from the base. The rim of the bowl is turned outwards, while the edge of the bowl is provided with a frayed effect decoration in the form of semicircular indentations that turn into grooves and flat edges that turn into convex stripes with a concave groove in the middle. Inside the bowl is a figurine of a woman holding jugs in her hands. The fountain, according to the industrial design, version 3, shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 3, is provided with a column placed in the middle of the bowl, on which another bowl with a figurine is mounted. The column is decorated with radially arranged ornaments in the form of fish figures with water outlet holes in their mouths. The base of the upper bowl is made up of decorative motifs in the form of curled fish tails, while the outer surface of the column, narrowing upwards, is a scale motif. The upper bowl of the fountain is semicircular. The surface of the bowl is created by decoration in the form of alternating longitudinal concave grooves and convexities diverging from the base. The rim of the bowl is curled outwards, while the edge of the bowl is provided with a fraying effect in the form of semicircular indentations, passing into grooves, and flat edges passing into convex stripes with a concave groove in the middle. Inside the bowl there is a tower in the form of a cylinder with a flat surface, on which the bowl is situated. The bowl is semicircular. The outer surface of the bowl has longitudinally extending convex decorations, passing into semicircular protrusions on the edge of the bowl. Inside the bowl there is a tower with a flat surface, on which the top is placed in the form of a solid with an oval outline. The fountain, according to the industrial design, variety 4, presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 4, is provided with a figure of a woman placed in the middle on the pedestal, holding one jug on her shoulder and the other jug in her hand.
