The industrial design applied for protection is shown in illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a, while Fig. 2, Fig. 2a, Fig. 3, Fig. 3a, Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 present its subsequent forms, i.e. variants of the industrial design, where Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 show the stand and its variants from a top view, while Fig. 1a, Fig. 2a and Fig. 3a show the stand and its variants in a perspective view. List of industrial design varieties: 1) stand - fig. 1 and fig. 1a, 2) colored stand - fig. 2 and fig. 2a, 3) stand with an angel - fig. 3 and fig. 3a, 4) stand with a colored angel - fig. 4, 5) colored stand with an angel - fig. 5. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in illustrations fig. 1 and fig. 1a - the stand - is that: - it constitutes an element whose lower outline essentially resembles the shape of a heart; - the surface of this element, above its lower edge, rises in a gentle arc almost vertically upwards, creating a slightly convex bulge resembling a plinth; - above the bulge, the side surface continues to rise almost vertically upwards and is slightly curved towards the centre of the element, so that in effect, in relation to the bulge, it is slightly recessed towards the centre of the element, while in the lower central part it is interrupted, creating a small opening; - then, the vertical surface of the element passes in an arc into the rounded edge of the element, after which it lowers down to the visible, flat, essentially horizontal filling, which constitutes the bottom of the base; - in the right part of the base there is a generally convex element, the lateral outline of which at the same time complements the edge of the base, wherein - the convex element imitates in shape the part of the figure of a woman with a veil on her head and hands folded in prayer, visible from the side; - a decorative ornament is visible along the perimeter of the vertical side surface of this element, forming a band of closely spaced leaf-shaped risers. The spatial form of the design is being applied for protection, without designating any colors. Protection is sought for the spatial form of the design without designating the colors. An essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in illustration Fig. 4 - a base with a colorful angel - is that: - it consists of an element whose lower outline essentially resembles the shape of a heart; - the surface of this element, above its lower edge, rises in a gentle arc almost vertically upwards, forming a slightly convex bulge resembling a plinth; - above the bulge, the lateral surface continues to rise almost vertically upwards and is slightly curved in an arc-like manner towards the centre of the element, so that, in effect, in relation to the bulge, it is slightly set back towards the centre of the element, while in the lower central part it is interrupted, forming a small opening; - then, the vertical surface of the arc-shaped element merges into the rounded edge of the element and then descends until it reaches the visible, flat, essentially horizontal filling, which constitutes the bottom of the base; - in the right part of the base there is a generally convex element, the side outline of which also complements the edge of the base, wherein - the convex element imitates the shape of an angel visible from the side in the form of a sitting child with wings, who holds a flower imitating callas in one hand and rests his head on the other; - on the perimeter of the vertical side surface of this element there is a decorative ornament, which forms a band of closely spaced leaf-shaped ledges; - both the convex element of the angel and the decorative ornament of the base are made mainly in black with a golden wash, while the base, edge and bottom of the base are made in black.
