Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest chodzik dzieciecy, znajdujacy zastosowanie jako zabawka dla dzieci oraz jako przyrzad do nauki chodzenia. Chodzik dzieciecy, wedlug wzoru wyróznia sie nowymi walorami wizualnymi, oraz oryginalnym i indywidualnym ksztaltem. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, budowe, ksztalt, forme, oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Chodzik dzieciecy, wedlug wzoru, moze byc wytworzony w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z metalu, drewna, tworzyw sztucznych, gumy naturalnej lub sztucznej. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których Fig. 1 przedstawia chodzik dzieciecy w widoku od frontu, natomiast Fig. 2 uwidacznia chodzik dzieciecy w widoku z boku, zas Fig. 3 prezentuje chodzik dzieciecy w widoku od tylu. Powierzchnie boczne podstawy sa zaokraglone i maja nieregularny, zaokraglony od zewnetrznej strony profil. Naroza podstawy maja zaokraglone wypuklosci. Z boku i z tylu podstawa wyposazona jest w ozdobne wstawki o innym kolorze niz kolor podstawy i o wygladzie dwóch polaczonych bocznie polówek kola. Z przodu podstawa zaopatrzona jest w ozdobna fantazyjna wypuklosc. Nadto, podstawa wyposazona jest w kólka. W otworze podstawy przymocowany jest stelaz. Na stelazu posadowiony jest element podtrzymujacy dziecko wyposazony w blat i oparcie. Stelaz utworzony jest z okraglych ksztaltowników i ma postac skrzyzowanych wygietych ram. Element podtrzymujacy dziecko ma forme nieregularnej bryly prostopadlosciennej, o zaokraglonych narozach, z otworem w którym usytuowane jest oparcie. Element ten jest zaopatrzony w zdobienia boczne, majace forme fantazyjnych wypuklosci. Oparcie wykonane jest z materialu tekstylnego. Przód elementu podtrzymujacego dziecko zdobi umieszczona na blacie fantazyjna figurka przedstawiajaca glowe slonia z podniesiona traba oraz umieszczony pod nia rysunek. Blat jest róznobarwny, ma wypukla nieregularna forme. Blat wyposazony jest w rozmieszczone wypukle przyciski o fantazyjnych zarysach. Po bokach blatu osadzone sa ozdobniki, które maja postac posadowionych na sobie nieregularnych kulistych bryl z wypustkami i z okragla wstawka o kolorze innym niz kolor ozdobników. The baby walker, according to the design, is distinguished by new visual qualities and an original and individual shape. The essence of the design is the new and individual character of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours, structure, shape, form, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The baby walker, according to the design, can be manufactured industrially or by hand from metal, wood, plastics, natural or artificial rubber. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the baby walker from the front, Fig. 2 shows the baby walker from the side, and Fig. 3 shows the baby walker from the back. Significant features of an industrial design include the fact that the baby walker is equipped with a base with rounded corners and a central opening, similar in shape to a cuboid. The sides of the base are rounded and have an irregular, rounded profile on the outside. The corners of the base have rounded protrusions. The sides and back of the base are equipped with decorative inserts in a different color than the base and in the appearance of two laterally connected halves of a wheel. The front of the base is equipped with a decorative, fanciful protrusion. Furthermore, the base is equipped with wheels. A frame is attached to the base opening. A support element for the child, equipped with a top and a backrest, is mounted on the frame. The frame is made of round profiles and has the form of crossed, curved frames. The child support element is an irregular rectangular shape with rounded corners and a hole in which the backrest is located. This element is equipped with side decorations in the form of fanciful protrusions. The backrest is made of textile material. The front of the child support element is decorated with a fanciful figurine of an elephant's head with a raised trunk, placed on the top, and a drawing underneath. The top is multicolored and has a convex, irregular shape. The top is equipped with convex buttons with fanciful contours arranged in rows. The sides of the top are decorated with irregular spherical shapes with protrusions and a circular insert in a color different from the decorations.
