Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie i kolorystyce oraz ornamentyce, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtworzenia. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw naczyn stolowych przeznaczony do podawania pokarmów, skladajacy sie z patery o zarysie serca, okraglej owocarki z podstawa, okraglego talerza, okraglej miski z uszami i pólmiska o zarysie prostokatnym zaopatrzonym w pare uszu, przy czym scianki boczne poszczególnych wyrobów z ich podstawami tworza katy rozwarte. Na powierzchni uzytkowej patery naniesiona jest kompozycja prezentujaca kwiaty o kolorze rózowym przetykane zielonymi liscmi. Srodek kwiatów stanowi czarny skrecony element. Natomiast na sciankach patery rozmieszczono dwa rzedy koronki, zestawionej z niebieskich ornamentów o zarysie kolistym. Wzór przedstawiajacy girlande niebieskich rombów i pomaranczowych trójkatów ozdobionych niebieska kropka naniesiono miedzy dwoma rzedami koronki. Niebieska obwódka pokryto owalne brzegi patery. Owocarka ma ksztalt kielicha zestawionego z owalnej czary i nogi o ksztalcie walca. Górna czesc czary jest rozszerzona i uksztaltowana falista linia. Natomiast dolna czesc czary jest zebrana i polaczona z noga. Noga kielicha w swojej srodkowej czesci ma najszersza srednice. Natomiast dolna czesc nogi kielicha posiada przewezenie i lagodnym lukiem przechodzi w owal podstawy o zarysie okregu. Na zewnetrznej i wewnetrznej powierzchni czary naniesiona jest kompozycja prezentujaca kwiaty o kolorze rózowym przetykane zielonymi liscmi. Srodek kwiatów stanowi czarny skrecony element. Natomiast zarówno na wewnetrznych jak i zewnetrznych sciankach w górnej czesci czary, rozmieszczono dwa rzedy koronki, zestawionej z niebieskich ornamentów o zarysie kolistym. Wszystkie dekoracje wykonane na naczyniach nalezacych do zestawu naczyn stolowych umieszczone sa na kremowym tle. The subject of the industrial design is a set of tableware for serving food. The essential features of the industrial design are a new and original form of the item, manifesting itself in its shape, arrangement, colors, and ornamentation, suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the industrial design is presented in a general approach in the attached illustrations. The platter of the tableware set, viewed from above, is shown in Fig. 1. The fruit bowl is presented in a perspective view from the side in Fig. 2. The plate, viewed from above and from the side, is shown in Fig. 3. The bowl, viewed from the side and top in Fig. 4. The platter, viewed from the side and top, is shown in Fig. 5. Essential features of the industrial design. The industrial design is a set of tableware intended for serving food, consisting of a heart-shaped platter, a round fruit bowl with a base, a round plate, a round bowl with handles, and a rectangular platter with a pair of handles. The side walls of each piece and its base form obtuse angles. The surface of the platter features a composition of pink flowers interspersed with green leaves. The center of the flowers is a twisted black element. The sides of the platter feature two rows of lace, juxtaposed with blue circular ornaments. A pattern depicting a garland of blue rhombuses and orange triangles adorned with a blue dot is applied between the two rows of lace. A blue border covers the oval edges of the platter. The fruit bowl is shaped like a calyx composed of an oval bowl and a cylindrical stem. The upper part of the bowl is widened and shaped with a wavy line. The lower part of the bowl is gathered and connected to the stem. The calyx stem has the widest diameter in its middle section. The lower part of the calyx stem narrows and gently curves into an oval base with a circular outline. A composition featuring pink flowers interspersed with green leaves is applied to the outer and inner surfaces of the bowl. The center of the flowers is a twisted black element. Two rows of lace, composed of blue circular ornaments, are arranged on both the inner and outer walls of the upper part of the bowl. A pattern depicting a garland of blue rhombuses and orange triangles decorated with a blue dot is applied between two rows of lace. A blue border covers the oval edges of the chai. On the surface of the cylinder's leg, an alternating pattern revealing a row of lace composed of blue circular ornaments and a pattern depicting a garland of blue rhombuses and orange triangles decorated with a blue dot is applied. Blue paint is applied to the upper and lower parts of the goblet's leg. The functional surface of the plate features a composition of pink flowers interspersed with green leaves. The center of the flowers is a black twisted element. Meanwhile, both the inner and outer walls of the plate, which are shaped like a wavy line, feature two rows of lace composed of blue circular ornaments. A pattern depicting a garland of blue rhombuses and orange triangles decorated with a blue dot is applied between two rows of lace. A blue border covers the oval edges of the plate and its base. The sides of the wall and the oval rim of the bowl are contoured upwards with semicircular, symmetrical surfaces, which, together with the ellipsoidal cutouts in them, constitute the bowl's handles. A composition of pink flowers interspersed with green leaves is applied to the bowl's surface. The center of the flowers is a twisted black element. Two rows of lace, composed of blue circular ornaments, are placed on both the inner and outer upper parts of the bowl's walls. A pattern depicting a garland of blue rhombuses and orange triangles decorated with a blue dot is applied between two rows of lace. A blue border covers the bowl's oval rims and handles. Additionally, a thin blue line is drawn on the lower part of the bowl's exterior. Perpendicularly from the shorter sides of the platter, with rounded corners, are semicircular, symmetrical oval handles. A composition of pink flowers interspersed with green leaves is applied to the platter's surface. The center of the flowers is a twisted black element. Four rows of lace, composed of blue circular ornaments, are arranged on both the inner and outer surfaces of the platter's walls. A pattern depicting a garland of blue rhombuses and orange triangles decorated with a blue dot is applied between rows of lace. A blue border covers the oval edges of the platter and its handles. Furthermore, a thin blue line is drawn on the lower part, the outer surface of the bowl. All decorations on the vessels belonging to the tableware set are placed on a cream background.
