Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest naczynie stolowe, znajdujace zastosowanie w gospodarstwie domowym, w restauracjach oraz w innych zakladach zywienia. Naczynie jest przeznaczone do podawania posilków oraz napojów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Obrzeze naczynia jest sfalowane a fala jest utworzona z polaczonych ze soba luków. Ponizej krawedzi znajduje sie azurowy szlaczek, przypominajacy w swej formie zachodzace na siebie i przeplatajace sie wzajemnie kola. Obrysy przeplatajacych sie kól sa zaznaczone liniami. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze powierzchnia X naczynia poza azurowym szlaczkiem 2 jest zdobiona motywem graficznym 3. Motyw graficzny 3 stanowia rozmieszczone nieregularnie cienkie, przeplatajace sie wzajemnie, zielone lodyzki z drobnymi zielonymi, cieniowanymi i zóltymi cieniowanymi listkami. Na lodyzkach znajduja sie drobne, umieszczone pojedynczo lub w grupach rozwiniete lub w pakach, rózowe kwiatki Srodek kwiatków jest zólty a wokól srodka kremowy. The industrial design is for tableware used in households, restaurants, and other catering establishments. The design is intended for serving meals and beverages. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the features of the lines, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproductions. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, showing a general top view of the vessel, and in the attached photograph, Fig. 2, illustrating the vessel's decoration in a magnified manner. The vessel is made of glass, preferably porcelain. The rim of the vessel is wavy, and the wave is formed by interconnected arcs. Below the rim is an openwork pattern resembling overlapping and interlacing circles. The outlines of the interlacing circles are marked with lines. Significant features of the industrial design include that surface X of the vessel, beyond the openwork pattern 2, is decorated with a graphic motif 3. Graphic motif 3 consists of irregularly arranged, thin, interlacing green stems with small, shaded green and yellow leaves. The stems bear small, open, or budding pink flowers, arranged singly or in groups. The center of the flowers is yellow, with a creamy color surrounding the center.
