Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet naczyn stolowych, znajdujacy zastosowanie glównie w gospodarstwie domowym. Komplet naczyn nadaje sie tez do stosowania w kawiarniach, w restauracjach oraz w innych zakladach zywienia. Komplet naczyn jest przeznaczony do podawania posilków oraz napojów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l - prezentuje dzbanek wchodzacy w sklad kompletu, fig.2 - cukiernice, fig.3 - sosjerke, fig.4-dzbanuszek do mleka, fig.5 - filizanke, fig.6 - waze a fig.7 - talerze. Wszystkie elementy kompletu zostaly przedstawione w widoku ogólnym. Komplet naczyn stolowych, wedlug wzoru zostal przedstawiony takze na fotografiach, gdzie fig. 8 - prezentuje dzbanek w widoku z boku, fig.9 - cukiernice, fig. 10 - sosjerke, fig. 11 - dzbanuszek do mleka, fig. 12 - filizanke oraz talerz, pelniacy role spodeczka, fig. 13 - waze. Komplet naczyn stolowych jest wykonany ze szkla, korzystnie z porcelany. W sklad kompletu wchodza: dzbanek, cukiernica, sosjerka, dzbanuszek na mleko, filizanki, waz a oraz talerze duze i mniejsze. The industrial design is a set of tableware, primarily for household use. The set is also suitable for use in cafés, restaurants, and other catering establishments. The set is intended for serving meals and beverages. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique form, given to it by the features of its lines, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the jug included in the set, Fig. 2 shows the sugar bowl, Fig. 3 shows the saucer, Fig. 4 shows the milk jug, Fig. 5 shows the cup, Fig. 6 shows the tureen, and Fig. 7 shows the plates. All elements of the set are shown in general view. The tableware set, based on the design, is also presented in photographs, where Fig. 8 shows a side view of the jug, Fig. 9 shows a sugar bowl, Fig. 10 shows a gravy boat, Fig. 11 shows a milk jug, Fig. 12 shows a cup and a plate that serves as a saucer, and Fig. 13 shows a tureen. The tableware set is made of glass, preferably porcelain. The set includes a jug, sugar bowl, gravy boat, milk jug, cups, a tureen, and both large and small plates. A significant feature of the industrial design is that all elements of the set have a circular outline when viewed from above. All the vessels, except the plates, have the shape of a bowl 1, supported by a pedestal 2. The pedestal 2 is in the form of a flattened cone, with a circumferential ring 3 extending between the bowl 1 and the pedestal 2. Furthermore, all the elements of the set, except the plates, are equipped with handles 4, which resemble a bent branch with the upper tip pointing inward and a projection 5 on the outer side at the top. The jug 6, which is part of the set, is shaped like a bowl 1 widening upwards, transitioning into a surface 7 that is diagonally inclined to the ground. At the bottom, the jug 6 has a pedestal 2 in the form of a flattened cone. A circumferential ring 3 extends between the pedestal 2 and the bowl 1. The jug 6 is equipped with an arc-shaped spout 5 and, on the opposite side, a handle 4, resembling a bent branch with the upper tip bent inward and a protrusion at the top. The jug 6 is equipped with a lid 8. The lid 8 is in the form of a segment of a sphere, a barrel-shaped handle 9 carved at the top, and a small foot at the bottom. The rim of the lid S extends beyond the edge of the surface 7. The sugar bowl 10 is shaped as a bowl 1, widened upwards, ending at the top with a surface 7 inclined diagonally towards the ground. At the bottom, the sugar bowl 10 has a pedestal 2 in the form of a flattened cone. A circumferential ring 3 extends between the pedestal 2 and the bowl 1. The sugar bowl 10 is equipped with handles 4 on both sides, resembling bent branches with the upper end bent inward and protrusions at the top. The sugar bowl 10 is equipped with a lid 8. The lid 8, in the shape of a segment of a sphere, with a convex surface facing outward, has a barrel-shaped handle 9 in the center, carved at the top, with a small foot at the bottom. The rim of the lid S extends beyond the edge of the surface 7. The sauceboat 11, equipped with a pedestal 2 at the bottom, has the form of a vessel widening in the middle and narrowing upwards, passing into a vertical wall 12, which, extended on one side, forms a spout 13. Between the pedestal 2 and the convex surface 14, there is a circumferential ring 3. On the opposite side of the spout 13, the sauceboat has a handle 4, resembling in its shape a bent branch with the upper end bent inwards and a projection at the top. The milk jug 15 is shaped in the form of a bowl 1 widened upwards, terminated at the top by a surface 7 inclined diagonally towards the ground. The surface 7 turns into a vertical wall 12, which is elongated on one side and forms a spout 13. Between the pedestal 2 and the bowl 1 there is a peripheral ring 3. On the opposite side of the spout 13, the milk jug 15 is provided with a handle 4, resembling in its form a bent branch with the upper end bent inwards and a projection at the top. The cup 16 is shaped in the form of a bowl 1 widened upwards, placed on the pedestal 2. Between the pedestal 2 and the bowl 1 there is a peripheral ring 3. The cup 16 is provided with a handle 4, resembling in its form a bent branch. a branch with an upper tip bent inward and a projection at the top. Vase 17 is shaped as a bowl 1 widening upwards, terminating at the top with a surface 7 inclined diagonally towards the ground. At the bottom, vase 17 has a pedestal 2 in the form of a flattened cone. Between pedestal 2 and bowl 1 extends a circumferential ring 3. Vase 17 is equipped with handles 4 on both sides, resembling bent branches with an upper tip bent inward and projections at the top. Vase 17 is equipped with a lid 8. Lid 8, in the shape of a spherical segment, with a convex surface facing outward, has a barrel-shaped handle 9 in the center, carved at the top, with a small foot at the bottom. The rim of the lid 8 extends beyond the edge of the surface 7. The set, as shown in the pattern, consists of plates 18. There are larger and smaller plates. Their size depends on the purpose.
