Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet naczyn stolowych, znajdujacy zastosowanie glównie w gospodarstwie domowym. Komplet naczyn nadaje sie tez do stosowania w kawiarniach, w restauracjach oraz w innych zakladach zywienia. Komplet naczyn jest przeznaczony do podawania posilków oraz napojów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - prezentuje dzbanek wchodzacy w sklad kompletu, fig.2 - filizanke, fig.3 - kubeczek, fig.4-bulionówke, fig.5 - cukiernice, fig.6 - dzbanuszek do mleka a fig.7 - talerze. Wszystkie elementy kompletu zostaly przedstawione w widoku ogólnym. Komplet naczyn stolowych, wedlug wzoru zostal przedstawiony takze na fotografii, fig.8 - prezentujacej poszczególne elementy w widoku ogólnym oraz na fotografii, fig.9 - uwidaczniajacej komplet w widoku z boku. Komplet naczyn stolowych jest wykonany ze szkla, korzystnie z porcelany. W sklad kompletu wchodza: dzbanek, kubeczki, filizanki, bulionówki, cukiernica, dzbanuszek na mleko oraz talerze duze i mniejsze. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze wszystkie elementy kompletu maja w widoku z góry zarys kola a ich boczna powierzchnia jest zdobiona motywem, który tworza rozmieszczone promieniscie segmenty 1. Powierzchnie segmentów 1 sa naprzemiennie raz wklesle, raz wypukle. Ponadto obrzeza naczyn wchodzace w sklad kompletu sa zaopatrzone w ornament 2 w postaci rowka, w którym sa umieszczone jedna obok drugiej wypuklosci 3 o ksztalcie wycinka kuli. Wieniec 17 zweza sie ku srodkowi na nastepnie przechodzi w pionowa scianke, która wydluzona z jednej strony tworzy dziubek 18. Boczna powierzchnia dzbanuszka na mleko 16 jest zdobiona segmentami 1 rozmieszczonymi promieniscie. U dolu dzbanuszek 16 posiada postument 5. Wieniec 17 jest zdobiony ornamentem 2 w formie rowka z umieszczonymi w nim równomiernie, jedna obok drugiej wypuklosciami w ksztalcie wycinka kuli. Dzbanuszek 16 jest zaopatrzony w uchwyt 7 którego górna poprzeczka przebiega poziomo. Na komplet, zgodnie ze wzorem skladaja sie talerze 19. Sa talerze wieksze i mniejsze. Ich wielkosc jest uzalezniona od przeznaczenia. Pomiedzy srodkowa czescia talerzy 19 a obrzezem 20 znajduje sie uskok 21. Powierzchnia obrzeza 20 jest ozdobiona motywem utworzonym z rozmieszczonych naprzemiennie segmentów t, gdzie powierzchnia jednego segmentu 1 jest wklesla a nastepnego wypukla. Wokól obrzeza 20 talerzy 19 rozciaga sie ornament 2 w formie rowka z umieszczonymi wewnatrz, jedna obok drugiej kulistymi wypuklosciami. The industrial design covers a set of tableware, primarily for household use. The set is also suitable for use in cafés, restaurants, and other catering establishments. The set is intended for serving meals and beverages. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique form, given to it by the features of its lines, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The product is reproducible. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the jug included in the set, Fig. 2 shows the cup, Fig. 3 shows the mug, Fig. 4 shows the stock jug, Fig. 5 shows the sugar bowl, Fig. 6 shows the milk jug, and Fig. 7 shows the plates. All elements of the set are shown in an overall view. A tableware set, based on the design, is also shown in Fig. 8, which shows the individual elements in an overall view, and Fig. 9, which shows the set from a side view. The tableware set is made of glass, preferably porcelain. The set includes a jug, mugs, cups, bouillon jugs, a sugar bowl, a milk jug, and large and small plates. Among the significant features of the industrial design are that all the elements of the set have a circular outline in a top view, and their lateral surfaces are decorated with a motif created by radially arranged segments 1. The surfaces of the segments 1 are alternately concave and convex. Furthermore, the rims of the vessels included in the set are provided with an ornament 2 in the form of a groove, in which protrusions 3 in the shape of a spherical sector are placed side by side. The jug 4j included in the set is shaped as a vessel that widens slightly upwards, with the side surface decorated with segments 1 evenly spaced around the circumference and an ornament 2 at the top, with spherical-shaped protrusions arranged side by side. At the bottom, the jug 4 has a pedestal 5 in the form of a truncated cone. The jug 4 is equipped with an arc-shaped spout 6 and, on the opposite side, a handle 7. The upper crossbar of the handle 7 runs horizontally. The jug 4 is equipped with a lid 8. The lid 8, with a marked rim, has a center decoration in the form of a bowl 9 with radially spaced JL segments. In the center of the lid 8 is a handle 10 in the form of an inverted cone with a small foot at the bottom. The cups 11 and mugs 12 included in the set have side surfaces decorated with radially arranged segments 1 and are equipped at the bottom with pedestals 5 in the form of a truncated cone. The pedestals 5 are decorated with an ornament 2 in the form of a groove in which protrusions 3 in the shape of a spherical segment are placed next to each other. The cups 11 and mugs 12 included in the set have handles 7 with a horizontal upper crossbar. The bouillon jugs 13 included in the set, in accordance with the industrial design, are shaped like a bowl and equipped on the sides with handles 7, the upper crossbar of which runs horizontally. The bouillon bowls 13 have a side surface decorated with radially arranged segments 1 and are provided at the bottom with a pedestal 5, the rim of which is decorated with an ornament 2 in the form of a groove with spherical protrusions arranged inside, one next to the other. The sugar bowl 14 of the set, according to the pattern, is shaped as a vessel that widens slightly upwards, supported by a pedestal 5 in the shape of a truncated cone. The side surface of the sugar bowl 14 has a texture made of segments 1 arranged radially along the circumference, with the surfaces of the segments 1 being alternately convex and concave. On the sides, the sugar bowl 14 has handles 7 with an upper horizontal crossbar. The upper rim of the sugar bowl 14 is decorated with an ornament 2 in the form of a groove with spherical protrusions arranged one next to the other. The sugar bowl has a lid 15, the surface of which is decorated with radially arranged L segments. In the center of the lid 15 is a handle 10 in the form of an inverted cone with a small foot at the bottom. The set of tableware, according to the industrial design, also includes a milk jug 16. It has the shape of a vessel that widens slightly upwards with a rim 12 at the top. The rim 17 narrows towards the center and then merges into a vertical wall, which, extended on one side, forms a spout 18. The side surface of the milk jug 16 is decorated with radially arranged segments 1. At the bottom, the jug 16 has a pedestal 5. The rim 17 is decorated with an ornament 2 in the form of a groove with protrusions in the shape of a spherical segment placed evenly within it, one next to the other. The jug 16 is equipped with a handle 7, the upper crossbar of which runs horizontally. The set, as shown in the pattern, consists of plates 19. There are larger and smaller plates. Their size depends on their intended use. Between the central part of the plates 19 and the rim 20 is a recess 21. The surface of the rim 20 is decorated with a motif formed by alternating segments t, where the surface of one segment 1 is concave and the next convex.
