Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet naczyn stolowych, znajdujacy zastosowanie glównie w gospodarstwie domowym. Komplet naczyn nadaje sie tez do stosowania w kawiarniach, w restauracjach oraz w innych zakladach zywienia. Komplet naczyn jest przeznaczony do podawania posilków oraz napojów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l - prezentuje dzbanek wchodzacy w sklad kompletu, fig. 2 - filizanke, fig. 3 - kubeczek,fig.4- cukiernice, fig.5 - dzbanuszek do mleka, fig.6 - talerze. Wszystkie elementy kompletu zostaly przedstawione w widoku ogólnym. Komplet naczyn stolowych, wedlug wzoru zostal przedstawiony takze na fotografii, fig.7 - prezentujacej poszczególne elementy w widoku z boku lub od czola oraz na fotografii, fig. 8 - uwidaczniajacej komplet w widoku ogólnym. Komplet naczyn stolowych jest wykonany ze szkla, korzystnie z porcelany. W sklad kompletu wchodza: dzbanek, kubeczki, filizanki, cukiernica, dzbanuszek na mleko oraz talerze duze i mniejsze. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze wszystkie elementy kompletu maja w widoku z góry zarys figury przypominajacej w swej formie kwadrat o zaokraglonych narozach i wypuklych na zewnatrz sciankach lub zarys znieksztalconego kola, badz kola. Wszystkie elementy kompletu sa zdobione motywem plastycznym 1, który tworza rozmieszczone jeden obok drugiego lub jeden nad drugim niewielkie rowki 2 i wypuklosci 3 pomiedzy nimi. Dzbanek 4 wchodzacy w sklad kompletu w widoku z boku ma forme zwezonego u dolu, poszerzonego powyzej a nastepnie zwezajacego sie niewiele ku górze naczynia. The industrial design registration right has been in effect since November 8, 2004. The industrial design is a set of tableware, primarily for household use. The set is also suitable for use in cafés, restaurants, and other catering establishments. The set is intended for serving meals and beverages. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by the features of the lines, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproductions. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the jug included in the set, Fig. 2 shows the cup, Fig. 3 shows the mug, Fig. 4 shows the sugar bowl, Fig. 5 shows the milk jug, and Fig. 6 shows the plates. All elements of the set are shown in general view. A tableware set, based on the design, is also shown in photograph 7, showing individual elements from the side or front, and in photograph 8, showing the set in an overall view. The tableware set is made of glass, preferably porcelain. The set includes a jug, mugs, cups, a sugar bowl, a milk jug, and large and small plates. Among the essential features of the industrial design is that, when viewed from above, all the elements of the set have the outline of a figure resembling a square with rounded corners and outwardly convex walls, or the outline of a distorted circle or wheel. All the elements of the set are decorated with a plastic motif 1, created by small grooves 2 arranged side by side or one above the other, and protrusions 3 between them. The jug 4 included in the set, viewed from the side, has the form of a vessel that is narrowed at the bottom, widens above, and then narrows slightly towards the top. Viewed from above, the jug 4 has a roughly square-shaped outline with rounded corners. It is equipped with a base 5 at the bottom. The upper wall 6 of the jug 4 is almost horizontal. The jug 4 has an arc-shaped spout 7 at the bottom and a semicircular handle 8 on the opposite side. The surface of the jug 4 in its lower part is decorated with a plastic motif 1, which consists of grooves 2 arranged one above the other. Between the grooves 2 there are protrusions 3. The jug 4 is fitted with a lid 9 with a handle 10 in the middle decorated with a plastic motif 1. The lid 9, in a top view, has an outline resembling the outline of the jug 4. The cups 11 included in the set, in a side view, have the outline of a vessel widening upwards with a circular handle 12. In the lower part, the surface of the cups 11 is decorated with a plastic motif 1, which consists of small grooves 2 arranged one above the other and protrusions 3 between them. The cups 13 that make up the set, in accordance with the industrial design, have the shape of a vessel that is elongated compared to the cups 11. The cups 13 are equipped with handles 12 in a circular outline. The outer surface of the cups 13 is decorated with a plastic motif 1, consisting of grooves 2 arranged one above the other and protrusions 3 between them. The sugar bowl 14 of the set, in accordance with the design, is shaped as a vessel that widens and then narrows slightly upwards, with a square outline and rounded corners in a top view. At the bottom, the vessel is provided with a base 5. At the top, the sugar bowl 14 has a U-shaped lid with a handle 10, which is decorated with a plastic motif 1. The set of tableware, according to the industrial design, also includes a milk jug 16. From the side, it has the shape of a vessel that widens and then narrows slightly towards the top. From the top, the jug 16 has a figure roughly resembling a square with rounded corners. On one side at the top, the milk jug 16 has a triangular spout 17 and on the opposite side, a semicircular handle 8. At the bottom, the side surface of the jug 16 is decorated with a plastic motif 1, which consists of small grooves 2 arranged one above the other and protrusions 3 between them. The set, in accordance with the industrial design, also includes plates 18. There are larger and smaller plates. Their size depends on the intended use. In a top view, the plates 18 have the outline of a figure close to a square with rounded corners and arc-shaped edges. The rims of the plates 18 are decorated with a plastic motif 1 in the form of grooves 2 arranged side by side around the circumference and protrusions 3 between them. Ergo International Sp. z o.o.
