Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet naczyn stolowych, znajdujacy zastosowanie glównie w gospodarstwie domowym. Komplet naczyn nadaje sie tez do stosowania w kawiarniach, w restauracjach oraz w innych zakladach zywienia. Komplet naczyn jest przeznaczony do podawania posilków oraz napojów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - prezentuje dzbanek wchodzacy w sklad kompletu, fig.2 - filizanke, fig.3 - kubeczek,fig.4- bulionówke, fig.5 - cukiernice, fig.6 - dzbanuszek do mleka, fig.7 - talerze oraz fig.8 - salaterke. Wszystkie elementy kompletu zostaly przedstawione w widoku ogólnym. Komplet naczyn stolowych, wedlug wzoru zostal przedstawiony takze na fotografii, fig.9 - prezentujacej poszczególne elementy w widoku z boku lub od czola oraz na fotografii, fig. 10 - uwidaczniajacej komplet w widoku ogólnym. Komplet naczyn stolowych jest wykonany ze szkla, korzystnie z porcelany. W sklad kompletu wchodza: dzbanek, kubeczki, filizanki, bulionówki, cukiernica, dzbanuszek na mleko, talerze duze i mniejsze oraz salaterka. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze wszystkie elementy kompletu maja w widoku z góry zarys kola lub zarys zblizony do kola. Wyposazenie dzbanka 8 stanowi pokrywka 11 uksztaltowana w formie czaszy z uchwytem 12 posrodku. The industrial design is a set of tableware, primarily used in households. The set is also suitable for use in cafés, restaurants, and other catering establishments. The set is intended for serving meals and beverages. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique form, given to it by the features of its lines, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the jug included in the set, Fig. 2 shows the cup, Fig. 3 shows the mug, Fig. 4 shows the stock jug, Fig. 5 shows the sugar bowl, Fig. 6 shows the milk jug, Fig. 7 shows the plates, and Fig. 8 shows the salad bowl. All elements of the set are presented in an overall view. The tableware set, according to the pattern, is also shown in photograph (Fig. 9), showing individual elements from the side or front view, and in photograph (Fig. 10), showing the set in an overall view. The tableware set is made of glass, preferably porcelain. The set includes: a jug, mugs, cups, soup bowls, a sugar bowl, a milk jug, large and small plates, and a salad bowl. Among the essential features of the industrial design are that all elements of the set have a circular or near-circular outline when viewed from above. All elements of the set are decorated with a plastic motif created by radially arranged grooves (1) or protrusions (2) that fade upwards or towards the center. Between the grooves 1 are protrusions 3. The grooves 1 and protrusions 3 converge towards the pedestals 4, stylizing the knotted fabric. The plates in the set have outer edges profiled in the form of interconnected arcs 5, where the arcs 5 connect with protrusions 2, arranged radially and fading towards the center of the plate. The jug, milk jug, cups, mugs and stock jugs are equipped with handles 6, which resemble a bent and broken branch at the bottom, attached to the vessel by projections 7. The jug 8 included in the set is shaped as a vessel narrowed at the bottom, widened at the top and then narrowing upwards with a collar 9 at the top. The rim of the collar 9 is formed of interconnected arcs 5. The vessel rests at the bottom on a pedestal 4. The bottom surface of the jug 8 is decorated with a plastic motif consisting of grooves 1 that disappear upwards. Between the grooves 1 there are protrusions 3. The grooves 1 and the protrusions converging towards the pedestal 4 stylize the fabric pulled into a knot. The jug 8 is equipped with an arc-shaped spout 10 and, on the opposite side, with a handle 6, stylizing a bent and broken branch below, attached to the vessel by protrusions 7. The jug 8 is equipped with a lid 11 shaped like a bowl with a handle 12 in the middle. The cups 13 and mugs 14 included in the set are equipped with pedestals 4 at the bottom and handles 6 on the sides, styling a branch bent and broken at the bottom. The handles 6 are attached to the cup vessel 13 and the mug vessel 14 by protrusions 7. The side surfaces of the cups 13 and mugs 14 are decorated with a plastic motif composed of grooves 1 converging towards the pedestals 4 and protrusions 3 between the grooves X, resembling in their form fabric pulled into a knot. The bouillon jugs 15 included in the set, in accordance with the industrial design, are shaped like a bowl equipped with handles 6 on the sides. The handles 6 resemble in their form a branch bent and broken at the bottom. They are attached to the vessel using protrusions 7. The side surface of the bouillon bowls 15 is decorated with four radially arranged grooves 1, converging towards the pedestal and tapering upwards. The grooves 1, together with the protrusions 3 between them and the pedestal 4, stylize the knotted fabric. The sugar bowl 16 of the set, following the pattern, is shaped in a widened and then narrowed form, supported by a four-bank pedestal, which tapers upwards. The upper rim of the sugar bowl 16 is angled outward and profiled in the form of interconnected arches 5. The side surface of the sugar bowl 16 is decorated with a plastic motif, formed by upwardly disappearing grooves and convexities 3 between them, which, converging towards the pedestal 4, resemble fabric tied into a knot. The sugar bowl 16 is equipped with a lid 11 with a handle 12. The set of tableware, according to the industrial design, also includes a milk jug 17. It has the shape of a vessel narrowed at the bottom, supported by the pedestal 4, which widens towards the top and narrows again. At the top, the jug 17 has an outwardly curved collar, which, extended on one side, forms a spout 18. The side surface of the milk jug 16 is decorated with a plastic motif consisting of radially arranged grooves 1, fading upwards, and protrusions 3 between them. The grooves 1 and the protrusions 3, converging towards the pedestal 4, resemble fabric tied into a knot. On the opposite side of the spout 18, the milk jug 17 is equipped with a handle 6, resembling a branch bent and broken below. Following the industrial design, the set includes plates 19. There are larger and smaller plates, their size depending on the intended use. The edges of the plates 19 are profiled in the form of interconnected arcs 5. At the joining points of the arcs 5 there are protrusions 4 arranged radially, directed and disappearing towards the center of the plates 19. The set, according to the industrial design, also consists of a salad bowl 20, shaped in the form of a bowl, supported on a pedestal 4. The outer surface of the salad bowl 20 is decorated with grooves 1 arranged radially around the circumference and disappearing upwards, as well as protrusions 3 situated between them.
