Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest porcelanowy serwis stolowy skladajacy sie z szesnastu rodzajów naczyn, to jest z dzbanków, filizanek, kubka, cukiernicy, miski, kompotiery, sosjerki, talerzyków, talerzy, popielniczki. Istota wzoru sa nowe i oryginalne - nadajace sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania - postacie form plastycznych poszczególnych elementów serwisu, które w odniesieniu do znanych serwisów przejawiaja sie w szczególnosci w oryginalnych uksztaltowaniach naczyn oraz w elementach ozdabiajacych ich powierzchnie zewnetrzna. Elementy te cechuja sie specyficznym uksztaltowaniem ozdobnych linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1.1 - przedstawia dzbanek do kawy z wieczkiem,fig. 2.1 - przedstawia dzbanek do herbaty z wieczkiem, fig. 3.1 - dzbanuszek do mleka, fig. 4.1 - cukiernice z wieczkiem, fig. 5.1 - filizanke I, fig. 6.1 - talerzyk pod filizanke w widoku z góry, fig. 6.2 - talerzyk pod filizanke w widoku z boku, fig. 7.1 - filizanke II, fig. 8.1 - kubek, fig. 9.1 - filizanke na zupe, fig. 10.1 - miske, fig. 11.1 - kompotiere, fig. 12.1 - talerz salatkowy w widoku z góry, fig. 12.2 - talerz salatkowy w widoku z boku, fig. 13.1 - talerz gleboki w widoku z góry, fig. 13.2 - talerz gleboki w widoku z boku, fig. 14.1 - talerz plytki w widoku z góry, fig. 14.2 - talerz plytki w widoku z boku, fig. 15.1 - sosjerke, a fig. 16.1 - przedstawia popielniczke. Istotne cechy porcelanowego serwisu stolowego wedlug niniejszego wzoru przemyslowego sa nastepujace: 1. Dzbanek do kawy, dzbanek do herbaty i cukiernica sa zaopatrzone w wieczka bez uchwytu, posiadajace w dolnej czesci wystep blokujacy, jak uwidoczniono na fig. 1.1,2.1 i 4.1 rysunków. 2. Dzbanek do kawy, dzbanek do herbaty, dzbanuszek do mleka i sosjerka sa zaopatrzone w skosnie sciete dziobki wygiete w ksztalcie litery „S", jak uwidoczniono na fig. 1.1,2.1,3.1 i 15.1 rysunków. 3. Dzbanek do kawy, dzbanek do herbaty, dzbanuszek do mleka, filizanka I, filizanka II, kubek, filizanka na zupe, sosjerka sa zaopatrzone w uszka, które w górnej czesci sa wygiete pod katem ostrym a w dolnej czesci sa wygiete pólkoliscie, jak uwidoczniono na fig. 1.1, 2.1, 3.1, 5.1, 7.1, 8.1, 9.1 i 15.1 rysunków.4. The essence of the design lies in the new and original—suitable for repeated reproduction—forms of the individual elements of the set, which, in relation to known sets, manifest themselves particularly in the original shapes of the vessels and in the elements decorating their exterior surfaces. These elements are characterized by a specific shape of decorative lines. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1.1 shows a coffee pot with a lid; Fig. 2.1 - shows a tea pot with a lid, fig. 3.1 - a milk jug, fig. 4.1 - a sugar bowl with a lid, fig. 5.1 - a cup I, fig. 6.1 - a saucer for the cup in a top view, fig. 6.2 - a saucer for the cup in a side view, fig. 7.1 - a cup II, fig. 8.1 - a mug, fig. 9.1 - a soup cup, fig. 10.1 - a bowl, fig. 11.1 - a compote, fig. 12.1 - a salad plate in a top view, fig. 12.2 - a salad plate in a side view, fig. 13.1 - a soup plate in a top view, fig. 13.2 - a soup plate in a side view, fig. 14.1 - a dinner plate in a top view, Fig. 14.2 - a side view of a dinner plate, Fig. 15.1 - a saucer, and Fig. 16.1 - an ashtray. The essential features of the porcelain table service according to this industrial design are as follows: 1. The coffee pot, the tea pot and the sugar bowl are provided with handleless lids having a locking projection at the bottom, as shown in Figs. 1.1, 2.1 and 4.1 of the drawings. 2. The coffee pot, the tea pot, the milk jug and the saucer are provided with obliquely cut spouts bent in the shape of the letter "S", as shown in Figs. 1.1, 2.1, 3.1 and 15.1 of the drawings. 3. The coffee pot, tea pot, milk jug, cup I, cup II, mug, soup cup, and sauce boat are provided with handles which are bent at an acute angle in the upper part and bent semi-circularly in the lower part, as shown in figs. 1.1, 2.1, 3.1, 5.1, 7.1, 8.1, 9.1 and 15.1 of the drawings. 4. The cup plate, salad plate, soup plate and dinner plate have, in a top view, a rim divided into four identically sized segments with a harmonious relief formed by parallel indentations, the indentations of two adjacent segments being perpendicular to each other, as shown in figs. 6.1, 12.1, 13.1 and 14.1 of the drawings.
