Istota wzoru sa nowe i oryginalne - nadajace sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania - postacie form plastycznych poszczególnych elementów serwisu, które w odniesieniu do znanych serwisów przejawiaja sie w szczególnosci w oryginalnych ksztaltach naczyn oraz w elementach ozdabiajacych ich powierzchnie zewnetrzna. Elementy te cechuja sie specyficznym uksztaltowaniem ozdobnych linii. The essence of the design lies in the new and original—suitable for repeated reproduction—plastic forms of the individual elements of the set, which, in relation to known sets, manifest themselves particularly in the original shapes of the vessels and in the elements decorating their exterior surfaces. These elements are characterized by the specific shaping of decorative lines. The porcelain table service according to the industrial design is intended for serving food, particularly for public service, for example in restaurants and hotels. The essential features of the porcelain tableware according to this industrial design are as follows: 1. The non-stackable cup, the wide cup, the stackable cup, the large milk jug, the sauceboat, the sugar bowl, the compoteurer, the small milk jug, the coffee jug and the tea jug have characteristic linear grooves running diagonally widening around their entire circumference, as shown in figs. 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 8.1, 8.2, 8.3, 9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 10.1,10.2, 10.3, 11.1, 11.2, 11.3 of the photographs and in figs. 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 of the collective drawing. 2. The cup saucer, the deep plate, the shallow plate and the oval bowl also have characteristic linear grooves on their flanges, extending diagonally, as shown in figs. 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 12.1, 12.2, 12.3, 13.1, 13.2, 13.3, 14.1, 14.2, 14.3 of the photographs and in figs. 2, 12, 13 and 14 of the collective drawing. 3. The large milk jug, the sauceboat, the small milk jug, the coffee jug and the tea jug are provided with downwardly curved semicircular spouts as shown in fig. 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 10.1, 10.2, 10.3, 11.1, 11.2, 11.3 of the photographs and in fig. 5, 6, 9, 10 and 11 of the collective drawing. 4.
