CUKIERE K Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 18 grudnia 1998r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest cukierek. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac cukierka, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, kolorystyce powierzchni czolowej, w celu osiagniecia celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego przedstawiono na fotografii, na której fig. 1 - przedstawia cukierek w perspektywie, ukazujac jego kolorys- tyke oraz ksztalt czolowej powierzchni, fig. 2 - przedstawia kolory- stke i ksztalt tylnej powierzchni a fig. 3 do fig. 7, przedstawiaja piec kolorowych cukierków w przezroczystym opakowaniu, ukazujac ichpowierzchnie czolowe w oryginalnej grafice i kolorystyce. Cukierek wedlug wzoru zdobniczego ma postac plaskiej bryly o zarysie w ksztalcie elipsy, która posiada promieniowe zaokraglenia, tworzac boki plaskiej bryly. Powierzchnia czolowa cukierka jest utworzona przez dwa kolory w postaci rozchodzacych sie od srodka do powierzchni bocznych bialych i kolorowych pasów, rozszerzajacych sie w kierunku powierzchni bocznych. Tylna powierzchnia czolowa cukierka utworzona jest przez biale i identyczne kolorowe pasy, zwezajace sie do srodka. Jednym z podstawowych kolorów tworzacych wystrój cukierka wedlug wzo- ru zdobniczego jest zawsze bialy, tworzac bialy, podstawowy pas, na- tomiast drugi pas moze byc utworzony dowolnie przez kolor fioletowy, zólty, czerwony, pomaranczowy lub zielony. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the candy, manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines, and coloring of the front surface, in order to achieve aesthetic goals. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in a photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the candy in perspective, showing its colors and shape of the front surface, Fig. 2 shows the colors and shape of the back surface, and Figs. 3 to 7 depict five colorful candies in transparent packaging, showing their front surfaces in their original graphics and colors. According to the ornamental design, the candy has the form of a flat block with an elliptical outline, which has radial roundings, forming the sides of the flat block. The front surface of the candy is formed by two colors in the form of white and colored stripes extending from the center to the sides, widening towards the sides. The rear surface of the candy is formed by white and identical colored stripes, tapering towards the center. One of the basic colors that make up the candy's decor according to the decorative pattern is always white, creating a white basic stripe, while the second stripe can be any color of purple, yellow, red, orange, or green.
