Autobus Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia: 01 marca 2002 r. Pierwszenstwo: - Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest autobus do przewozu osób. Autobusy malowane sa czesto na zewnetrznych powierzchniach scian w róznobarwne wzory, które poprawiaja ich wyglad estetyczny i pozwalaja odrózniac je miedzy soba. Powierzchnia zewnetrzna dekorowana jest rysunkami rozmaitych przedmiotów, osób, zwierzat lub figur geometrycznych w róznych kolorach.Istote niniejszego wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac autobusu przejawiajaca sie w ubarwieniu powierzchni zewnetrznej jego dwóch scian bocznych i tylnej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok pierwszej sciany bocznej autobusu, fig. 2 widok drugiej sciany bocznej autobusu a fig. 3 widok tylnej sciany autobusu. Widok z przodu autobusu jest standardowy i pozostaje taki jaki dostarcza wytwórca. Autobus wedlug wzoru ma nadwozie w postaci wydluzonego prostopadloscianu, który na jednej ze scian bocznych ma dwoje drzwi dla pasazerów oraz okna na wszystkich scianach. Cala powierzchnia scian bocznych autobusu i jego tyl, poza oknami i dzwiami jest ubarwiona w barwne obszary w kolorach teczy, przechodzace jedne w drugie, od frontu autobusu w kierunku jego tylu, w uporzadkowaniu w jakim wystepuja one w teczy. Jeden bok autobusu (fig. 2), poczynajac od krawedzi czolowej, ma na poczatku cieple kolory, przechodzace od czerwieni 1_ w przedniej czesci poprzez pomaranczowy, zólty 2, zielony, niebieski 3 do fioletu w czesci tylnej a drugi (fig.l) odwotnie z przodu ma kolory zimne, ukladajace sie od fioletu 4_ poprzez niebieski 3, zielony, zólty 2, pomaranczowy do czerwieni 1. Na obydwu bocznych scianach powierzchnia autobusu w górnej czesci nad oknami ma zabarwienie nieco bardziej intensywne niz w dolnej, znajdujacej sie ponizej okien. Okna i drzwi sa obramowane pasami w kolorze czarnym. Drzwi sa ponadto obwiedzione szaro-srebrzystymi pasami 5. Nadkola otoczone sa od góry pólpierscieniami 6 w kolorze szaro-srebrzystym, przy czym dolna powierzchnia scian bocznych, ponizej okien ma na sobie czarny pas w postacipasma usytuowanego nieco nizej niz górne szczyty nadkoli, jak to uwidoczniono na zalaczonych fig. 1 i 2. Z tylu powierzchnia autobusu przechodzi od pola koloru czerwonego 1 na krawedzi, na której z przodu wystepowala czerwien do fioletowego £ na drugiej krawedzi przy pionowym ulozeniu pasm barw, przy czym w czesci dolnej znajduje sie wydluzone w poziomie pole o przewadze koloru rózowego, obramowane u góry (nad oknem) i u dolu nad kolami pasami o intensywniejszym zabarwieniu w lagodnie zmieniajacych sie odcieniach od fioletu do czerwieni poprzez ciemny róz. Ponizej okna tylnego znajduje sie waski pas o intensywnym zabarwieniu takim jak pasy szerokie, jak to uwidoczniono na zalaczonej fig. 3. Istotna cecha wzoru przemyslowego jest ubarwienie jego scian bocznych i sciany tylnej, polegajace na pokryciu powierzchni barwnymi obszary w kolorach teczy, przechodzacymi jedne w drugie, od frontu autobusu w kierunku jego tylu, w uporzadkowaniu w jakim wystepuja one w teczy oraz ubarwieniu sciany tylnej, na której kolory przechodza stopniowo od czerwieni do fioletu £ wychodzac od skrajnych barw scian bocznych, przy czym jedna sciana boczna autobusu, poczynajac od krawedzi czolowej, ma na poczatku cieple kolory, przechodzace od czerwieni w przedniej czesci, poprzez pomaranczowy, zólty 2, zielony, niebieski 3 do fioletu £ w czesci tylnej a druga odwotnie z przodu ma kolory zimne, ukladajace sie od fioletu £ poprzez niebieski 3^, zielony, zólty 2, pomaranczowy do czerwieni 1. Na obydwu scianach bocznych powierzchnia autobusu w górnej czesci nad oknami ma zabarwienie nieco bardziej intensywne niz w dolnej, znajdujacej sie ponizej okien. Okna i drzwi sa obramowane pasami w kolorze czarnym. Drzwi sa ponadto obwiedzione szaro-srebrzystymi pasami 5. Nadkola otoczone sa od góry pólpierscieniami j5 w kolorze szaro-srebrzystym, przy czym dolna powierzchnia scian bocznych, ponizej okien ma na sobie czarny pas w postaci pasma usytuowanego nieco nizej niz górne szczyty nadkoli, jak to uwidoczniono na zalaczonych fig. 1 i 2. Z tylu powierzchnia autobusu przechodzi od pola koloru czerwonego 1 na krawedzi, na której z przodu wystepowala czerwien 1 do fioletowego 4 na drugiej krawedzi przy pionowym ulozeniu pasm barw, przy czym w czesci dolnej znajduje sie wydluzone w poziomie pole w lagodnie zmieniajacych sie odcieniach koloru rózowego, obramowane u góry (nad oknem) i u dolu nad kolami pasami o intensywniejszym zabarwieniu w lagodnie zmieniajacych sie odcieniach od fioletu 4 do czerwieni 1 poprzez ciemny róz. Ponizej okna tylnego znajduje sie waski pas o intensywnym zabarwieniu takim jak pasy szerokie, jak to uwidoczniono na zalaczonej fig. 3. Priority: - The subject of the industrial design is a passenger bus. Buses are often painted with multicolored patterns on their exterior walls, which enhance their aesthetic appearance and allow them to be distinguished from one another. The exterior surface is decorated with drawings of various objects, people, animals, or geometric figures in different colors. The essence of this industrial design is a new form of the bus, manifested in the coloring of the exterior surfaces of its two side walls and the rear. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a view of the first side wall of the bus, Fig. 2 a view of the second side wall of the bus, and Fig. 3 a view of the rear wall of the bus. The front view of the bus is standard and remains as supplied by the manufacturer. The bus, according to the model, has a body in the form of an elongated cuboid, with two passenger doors on one side and windows on all sides. The entire surface of the bus's side walls and rear, except for the windows and doors, is colored with rainbow-colored areas, merging into each other from the front of the bus toward the rear, in the same order as they appear in the rainbow. One side of the bus (fig. 2), starting from the leading edge, initially has warm colors, progressing from red 1_ in the front through orange, yellow 2, green, blue 3 to violet in the rear, while the other side (fig. 1), conversely, at the front has cool colors, progressing from violet 4_ through blue 3, green, yellow 2, orange to red 1. On both side walls, the surface of the bus in the upper part above the windows is slightly more intensely colored than in the lower part, located below the windows. The windows and doors are framed with black stripes. The doors are also framed with grey-silver stripes 5. The wheel arches are framed from above with grey-silver half-rings 6, while the lower surface of the side walls, below the windows, has a black stripe in the form of a band situated slightly lower than the upper tops of the wheel arches, as shown in the attached figures 1 and 2. At the rear, the surface of the bus changes from a red field 1 on the edge, where red was present at the front, to purple £ on the other edge with vertical arrangement of the colour bands, while in the lower part there is a horizontally elongated field with a predominance of pink, framed at the top (above the window) and at the bottom above the wheels with stripes of a more intense colour in gently changing shades from purple to red through dark pink. Below the rear window there is a narrow strip of intense color, similar to the wide stripes, as shown in the attached Fig. 3. An important feature of the industrial design is the coloring of its side walls and rear wall, consisting in covering the surface with colored areas in the colors of the rainbow, changing one into another, from the front of the bus towards its rear, in the order in which they appear in the rainbow, and the coloring of the rear wall, on which the colors gradually change from red to purple £ starting from the extreme colors of the side walls, where one side wall of the bus, starting from the leading edge, has warm colors at the beginning, changing from red in the front part, through orange, yellow 2, green, blue 3 to purple £ in the rear part, and the other, conversely, at the front has cold colors, arranged in from purple £ through blue 3^, green, yellow 2, orange to red 1. On both side walls, the bus surface in the upper part above the windows is slightly more intensely colored than in the lower part, located below the windows. Windows and doors are framed with black stripes. The doors are also framed with silver-grey stripes 5. The wheel arches are framed from above with silver-grey half-rings j5, while the lower surface of the side walls, below the windows, has a black stripe in the form of a band situated slightly lower than the upper tops of the wheel arches, as shown in the attached figures 1 and 2. At the rear, the surface of the bus changes from a red field 1 on the edge, where red 1 appeared at the front, to purple 4 on the other edge with the color bands arranged vertically, while in the lower part there is a horizontally elongated field in gently changing shades of pink, framed at the top (above the window) and at the bottom above the wheels with stripes of a more intense color in gently changing shades from purple 4 to red 1 through dark pink. Below the rear window there is a narrow strip with an intense color like the wide stripes, as shown in the attached Fig. 3.
