Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke, strukture lub material wytworu oraz przez jego ornamentacje. Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego stanowi recznik na którego krótszych bokach znajduja sie waskie kolorowe paski z falistymi limami, przy czym na jednym waskim pasku na jego wypuklosciach znajduja sie kolorowe kwiatki ulozone na jasniejszym tle pozostalej powierzchni recz- nika. An industrial design is a new and unique form of a product, given to it in particular by the characteristics of the product's lines, contours, shapes, colors, structure, or materials, as well as its ornamentation. The novelty and originality of the industrial design lies in the towel, whose shorter sides feature narrow, colorful stripes with wavy lines. One narrow strip, on its protrusions, features colorful flowers arranged against a lighter background of the rest of the towel. In the first version of the industrial design, the towel made of terry cloth has narrow brown stripes with wavy lines on its shorter sides, and one narrow strip on its convexities features flowers with brown stems and green leaves, arranged on the remaining surface of the towel in yellow, as shown in photo 1. In the second version of the industrial design, the towel made of terry cloth has narrow green stripes with wavy lines on its shorter sides, and one narrow strip on its convexities features flowers in green with dark green stems and leaves, arranged on the remaining surface of the towel in dark green, as shown in photo 2. In the third version of the industrial design, the towel made of terry cloth has narrow stripes with wavy lines on its shorter sides. in dark blue, and on one narrow strip on its protrusions there are flowers with a dark blue stem and light blue leaves, arranged on the remaining surface of the blue towel, as shown in Photo 3. In the fourth variant of the industrial design, the towel made of terry cloth has on the shorter sides narrow strips with wavy lines in green, and on one narrow strip on its protrusions there are green flowers, arranged on the remaining surface of the light green towel, as shown in Photo 4. The essential features of the industrial design are a towel with on the shorter sides narrow colored strips with wavy lines on one side, while on one narrow strip on its protrusions there are colored flowers, arranged on the remaining colored surface of the towel.
