Element zapachowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest element zapachowy przezna- czony do odswiezania powietrza w pomieszczeniach zamknietych. Znane sa rozwiazania elementów zapachowych, które maja postac nasaczonych olejkami eterycznymi plaskich kartoników o róznorodnych ksztaltach. Oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, wlasciwosciach zastosowanych materialów, strukturze powierzchni oraz w kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1. przedstawia element zapachowy w postaci slonca, natomiast fig. 2. - element zaczepowy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego wykonany jest z pólprzezroczystego elastycznego tworzywa, które jest zabarwione w róznych kolorach i nasaczone róznymi olejkami zapachowymi. W górnej czesci elementu zapachowego zlokalizowany jest otworek, w którym osadzony jest element zaczepowy, umozliwiajacy jego zawieszenie.Element zapachowy ma ksztalt stylizowanego slonca, przy czym wypukla tarcza sloneczna na powierzchni ma uformowane ksztalty twarzy, zas dookola rozlokowane sa plaskie promienie, ponadto na szczycie miedzy dwoma promieniami znajduje sie male kóleczko z otworkiem. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego wyróznia sie swoistym stylem i stanowi atrakcyjne urozmaicenie wzgledem dotychczas oferowanych rozwiazan. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. Known fragrance elements take the form of flat cardboard boxes of various shapes, impregnated with essential oils. The originality of the industrial design is evident in its shape, the properties of the materials used, the surface structure, and the colors. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the fragrance element in the form of a sun, and Fig. 2 shows the hook element. The subject of the industrial design is made of a translucent, flexible material, dyed in various colors and impregnated with various fragrance oils. The top of the fragrance element features a hole in which a hook element is embedded, allowing it to be hung. The fragrance element is shaped like a stylized sun, with a convex sun disc shaped like a face on its surface, surrounded by flat rays. Furthermore, a small circle with a hole is located at the top between the two rays. The industrial design is distinguished by its unique style and provides an attractive variation on previously offered solutions. Essential features of the industrial design: 1.
