Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych nowa postac przedmiotu, prowadzaca do oryginalnego wyeksponowania charaktery- zujacych go elementów graficznych i przestrzennych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 i fig. 4 sa kopiami fotografii pierwszej odmiany wzoru, fig. 2 kopia fotografii drugiej odmiany wzoru, a fig. 3 jest kopia fotografii zewnetrznej powierzchni podstawy wzoru wedlug jego odmiany drugiej, natomiast fig. 5 kopia fotografii zewnetrznej powierzchni boków czesci dolnej wzoru wedlug jego odmiany drugiej. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the item, aimed at aesthetic purposes, leading to an original display of its characteristic graphic and spatial elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 and Fig. 4 are copies of photographs of the first design variant, Fig. 2 is a copy of a photograph of the second design variant, and Fig. 3 is a copy of a photograph of the outer surface of the base of the design according to its second variant, while Fig. 5 is a copy of a photograph of the outer surface of the sides of the lower part of the design according to its second variant. Packaging according to the first industrial design variant consists of a lower part and an upper part, which, when assembled, form a cuboid, with openings in the side walls of the cuboid. The outer surface of the base of the upper part has a background composed of irregularly spaced flower bulbs, with circles of flower petals separating the background surface, and floral arrangements inside these circles. The outer surfaces of the side walls of the upper part of the packaging feature frames with images of flowers incorporated into their interiors. The packaging, according to the second variant of the industrial design, consists of a lower and upper part, which, when assembled, form a cuboid, with openings in the side walls of the cuboid. The outer surface of the base of the upper part has a background consisting of a composition of irregularly spaced flower bulbs, with circles of flower petals separated from the background surface, and within these circles are floral arrangements. The outer surfaces of the side walls of the upper part of the packaging feature frames with images of flowers incorporated within them. The outer surface of the base of the lower part features a green background with a border representing a composition of irregularly spaced flower bulbs. The outer surfaces of the sides of the lower part feature a blue background separated from the lower edges of these surfaces by a border representing a composition of irregularly spaced flower bulbs. Essential features of an industrial design 1. The packaging according to the first variant of the industrial design, consisting of a lower part and an upper part, which when folded form a cuboid, with openings in the side walls of the cuboid, has essential features of an industrial design, according to which the outer surface of the base of the upper part has a background constituting a composition composed of irregularly arranged flower bulbs, wherein circles made of flower petals are separated from the surface of the background, while inside these circles there are flower compositions, moreover, on the outer surfaces of the side walls of the upper part of the packaging there are visible frames with images of flowers embedded in their interiors, as shown in the attached illustrative material, figs. and fig. 4. 2. The packaging according to the second variant of the industrial design, consisting of a lower part and an upper part, which when folded form a cuboid, with openings in the side walls of the cuboid, has the essential formal features of an industrial design, according to which the outer surface of the base of the upper part has a background constituting a composition composed of irregularly arranged flower bulbs, wherein circles made of flower petals are separated from the background surface, while inside these circles there are flower compositions, while on the outer surfaces of the side walls of the upper part of the packaging there are visible frames with images of flowers incorporated inside them, while on the outer surface of the base of the lower part there is a green background with a border constituting a composition composed of irregularly arranged flower bulbs, and on the outer surfaces of the sides of the lower part there is a blue background separated from the lower edges of these surfaces by a border constituting a composition composed of irregularly arranged flower bulbs, as shown in the attached illustrative material, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 5.
