Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowe i posiadajace indywidualny charakter opakowanie kartonowe do przechowywania leku w postaci tabletek, nadane mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorysty- ke oraz jego ornamentacje. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na rysunku i fotografii. Opakowanie kartonowe skladane w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu charakteryzu- je sie tym, ze jego powierzchnia stanowiaca górna plaszczyzne opakowania w ksztalcie prostokata, posiada szeroki pas w kolorze bialym, biegnacy wzdluz dluzszego boku, po którym biegna dwie linie w kolorze fioletowym. W górnej czesci bialego pasa umieszczona jest nazwa leku. Pozostala czesc tej plasz- czyzny posiada pasy w kolorze zielonym, jak pokazano na fig. 1.W rozkroju opakowanie w plaszczyznie górnej posiada boki i zakladki odpo- wiednio uksztaltowane, które po sklejeniu stanowia boki opakowania w od- cieniu jasnym, a na boku od czola opakowania znajduje sie nazwa leku, jak pokazano na fig.2. PLThe industrial design is a new and unique cardboard packaging for storing medication in tablet form, characterized in particular by its lines, contours, shapes, colors, and ornamentation. The industrial design is presented in a drawing and photograph. The foldable cuboid cardboard packaging is characterized by its surface, which constitutes the upper surface of the rectangular packaging, featuring a wide white stripe running along the longer side, along which two purple lines run. The name of the medication is placed at the top of the white stripe. The remaining part of this surface has green stripes, as shown in Fig. 1. When cut, the packaging has appropriately shaped sides and flaps on the top surface, which, when glued, constitute the sides of the packaging in a light shade, and on the side from the front of the packaging there is the name of the drug, as shown in Fig. 2.
