Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowe i posiadajace indywidualny charakter opakowanie kartonowe przeznaczone do przechowywania leku w postaci tabletek, nadane mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke oraz jego ornamentacje. The subject of the industrial design is a new and individual cardboard packaging intended for storing a medicine in the form of tablets, given it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, colors and ornamentation.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na rysunku i fotografii. The subject of the industrial design is shown in a drawing and a photograph.

Opakowanie kartonowe skladane w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu charakteryzu- je sie tym, ze jego powierzchnia stanowiaca górna plaszczyzne opakowania w ksztalcie prostokata posiada szeroki pas w kolorze bialym, biegnacy wzdluz dluzszego boku, po którym biegna dwie linie w kolorze brazowym. W górnej czesci bialego pasa umieszczona jest nazwa leku. Pozostala czesc tej plasz-czyzny posiada pasy w kolorze zóltym. Dolna czesc plaszczyzny opakowania po je j stronie zewnetrznej jest w kolorze zóltym, jak pokazano na fig. 1 . The name of the drug is marked at the top of the white strip. The rest of this plane has yellow stripes. The lower surface of the packaging on its outer side is colored yellow as shown in Figure 1.

W rozkroju opakowanie w plaszczyznie górnej posiada boki i zakladki odpo- wiednio uksztaltowane, które po sklejeniu stanowia boki opakowania, przy czym boki i zakladki usytuowane sa na krótszych bokach plaszczyny czolo- wej, dolna zakladka na dluzszym jej boku sa w kolorze bialym. Boki na dluz- szym boku plaszczyzny czolowej sa w kolorze zóltym, a na jednym z boków znajduje sie nazwa leku, natomiast koncówki boków sa w kolorze bialym, jak pokazano na fig.2.In the cut-out, the package in the upper plane has sides and flaps appropriately shaped, which after gluing constitute the sides of the package, with the sides and flaps located on the shorter sides of the front panel, the lower flap on its longer side are white.
