Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest patera, znajdujaca zastosowanie jako naczynie do uzytku domowego, jako upominek lub bibelot o charakterze rekodzielniczym, stanowiacy wyposazenie wnetrz mieszkalnych, biurowych lub innym. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac wytworu, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa postac patery, zgodnie z rozwiazaniem przejawia sie w jej ksztalcie oraz elementach zdobienia Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.1 - przedstawiajacym patere w widoku ogólnym oraz na fotografii, fig.2 - pokazujacej patere w widoku ogólnym.Patera, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, jest wykonana ze szkla krysztalowego przezroczystego oraz barwionego. Barwienie patery ma forme nieregularnych smug, fantazyjnych wsteg o róznorodnie dobranych kolorach i ksztaltach. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, nalezy zaliczyc, ze patera jest uksztaltowana w formie naczynie z wglebiona posrodku czescia i wydluzonymi, fantazyjnie uksztaltowanymi obrzezami. Obrzeza maja rózna szerokosc, sa pofalowane i zaopatrzone w otwory zblizone ksztaltem do okregów. Oryginalnosc patera oprócz jej ksztaltu wynika z zastosowania szkla z róznokolorowymi, fantazyjnie ukladajacymi sie smugami. The industrial design is a platter, suitable for use as a household vessel, as a gift or handcrafted trinket, and as a home, office, or other interior furnishing. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the product, suitable for repeated reproduction. The new form of the platter, according to the solution, manifests itself in its shape and decorative elements. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, showing the platter in a general view, and in the photograph, Fig. 2, showing the platter in a general view. The platter, according to the industrial design, is made of transparent and colored crystal glass. The platter's coloring takes the form of irregular streaks and fanciful ribbons in variously selected colors and shapes. Among the essential features of this industrial design is that the platter is shaped like a vessel with a recessed center and elongated, fancifully shaped rims. The rims vary in width, are wavy, and feature holes roughly circular in shape. Besides its shape, the platter's originality stems from the use of glass with multicolored, fancifully arranged streaks.
