Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wazon, znajdujacy zastosowanie jako naczynie do umieszczania bukietów z zywych kwiatów lub kompozycji z suszonych kwiatów. Wazon moze tez pelnic role bibelotu o charakterze rekodzielniczym, stanowiacego wyposazenie wnetrz mieszkalnych, biurowych lub innych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac wytworu, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa postac wazonu, zgodnie z rozwiazaniem przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie oraz elementach zdobienia.Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1, przedstawiajacych wazem w widoku ogólnym. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zilustrowany takze na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.2 - prezentujacej wazon w widoku ogólnym. Wazon, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest wykonany ze szkla krysztalowego przezroczystego oraz barwionego. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawionego na rysunku, fig.1 i fotografii, fig.2 - nalezy zaliczyc, ze wazon jest uksztaltowany w formie scietej u góry i u dolu bryly, z przelotowymi otworami o zarysie nieregularnych figur. Bryla wazonu w widoku od czola ma zarys czworokata o bocznych sciankach zbieznych ku górze i dolnych narozach zaokraglonych. Krawedzie otworów w bryle sa wyprofilowane lukowo. Barwa wazonu staje sie intensywniejsza w kierunku ku górze. The industrial design is a vase, used as a vessel for bouquets of fresh flowers or dried flower arrangements. The vase can also function as a handcrafted trinket, furnishing residential, office, or other interiors. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the product, suitable for repeated reproduction. The new form of the vase, according to the solution, manifests itself in its shape and decorative elements. The design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, showing a general view of the vase. The design is also illustrated in the attached photograph, Fig. 2, showing a general view of the vase. The vase, according to the industrial design, is made of transparent and colored crystal glass. The essential features of the industrial design shown in the drawing, Fig. 1, and photograph, Fig. 2, include that the vase is shaped like a truncated block at the top and bottom, with through-holes in the shape of irregular figures. The vase, viewed from the front, has a quadrangular shape with side walls tapering upward and rounded lower corners. The edges of the holes in the block are arc-shaped.
