Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest swiecznik, przeznaczony do umieszczania w nim swiec, szczególnie ozdobnych, stosowany jako element dekoracyjny wystroju wnetrz o charakterze mieszkalnym, biurowym lub innym. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac wytworu, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa postac swiecznika, zgodnie z rozwiazaniem przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie oraz elementach zdobieniaPrzedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l, przedstawiajacym swiecznik w widoku ogólnym oraz na fotografii - fig.2. Swiecznik, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, jest wykonany ze szkla krysztalowego przezroczystego oraz barwionego. Barwienie swiecznika ma forme nieregularnych smug, wsteg i plam o fantazyjnych, róznorodnie ukladajacych sie i dowolnie dobranych kolorach oraz ksztaltach. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawionego na rysunku, fig.l i fotografii, fig.2 - nalezy zaliczyc, ze swiecznik jest uksztaltowany w formie bryly, która u dolu ma zarys zblizony do walca zwezajacego sie ku górze a nastepnie rozszerzajacego sie w ksztalt kuli z okraglym otworem wewnatrz. U góry swiecznika, na powierzchni sferycznej kuli jest przymocowany krazek, do niego jednostronnie otwarty walec z kolnierzem na obrzezu. Dolna czesc swiecznika posiada zdobienie, które stanowi stylizowana spirala zatopiona w szkle, laczaca sie z plama rozplywajaca sie u góry wokól otworu. The industrial design is a candlestick designed to hold candles, particularly ornamental ones, and used as a decorative element in residential, office, or other interiors. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the product, suitable for repeated reproduction. The new form of the candlestick, according to the solution, manifests itself in its shape and decorative elements. The design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, showing the candlestick in a general view, and in the photograph - Fig. 2. The candlestick, according to the industrial design, is made of transparent and colored crystal glass. The coloring of the candlestick takes the form of irregular streaks, ribbons, and spots of fanciful, variously arranged, and freely selectable colors and shapes. The essential features of the industrial design shown in Figure 1 and the photograph, Figure 2, include the candlestick's shape, which at the bottom has a cylinder-like outline that tapers upwards and then widens into a sphere with a circular opening inside. At the top of the candlestick, on the surface of the spherical sphere, a disc is attached, and to this disc is a cylinder open on one side with a flange on the rim. The lower part of the candlestick is decorated with a stylized spiral embedded in the glass, merging with a stain that flows at the top around the opening.
