Description

Description of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a label for a packaging of drinking juice. The industrial design concerns the design form of a multi-coloured, multi-variety label for a packaging of drinking juice intended for consumption by children and young people. Design solutions for multi-coloured labels for packaging of food products are known, in which the dominant graphic and colour accent is the image of a stylised fruit or many fruits or vegetables, including, for example, an apple, banana, carrot, strawberry. The industrial design solves the problem of developing a new form of a label for a packaging of drinking juice, aimed at satisfying aesthetic purposes, with a specific individual outline of its shapes, lines, proportions and colours, suitable for multiple reproduction in an industrial or craft manner. The subject of the industrial design is presented in detail in its variants and illustrated in the attached drawings. List of design variations Variation 1 shown in Fig. 1 shows a label for a package of school drinking juice with carrot, apple and banana flavours. Variation 2 shown in Fig. 2 shows a label for a package of school drinking juice with carrot and apple flavours. Variation 3 shown in Fig. 3 shows a label for a package of school drinking juice with apple flavours. Variation 4 shown in Fig. 4 shows a label for a package of school drinking juice with carrot, apple and strawberry flavours. The label for the package of school drinking juice in the first variation with carrot, apple and banana flavours is a graphic and lettering composition based on a rectangular plan, the longer side of which is horizontal. The dominant lettering accent of the first plan of the composition is the inscription "dino" located in the vertical axis of symmetry of the label, above the horizontal axis of symmetry of the label. The inscription "dino" is set in the convex base line of its letters and is made in small, simple, stylized letters, not connecting with each other, having the same point value, drawn with continuous lines of variable width, very thick, outlined with a very thin shadow of the same width, in white. The inscription "dino" is made in brown with variable saturation intensity, the greatest in the upper part of the letters of the inscription and the smallest in the middle lower part of the letters of the inscription. Above the letter "o" of the inscription "dino", on its upper section, which is less than half of the circumference, there is the inscription "szkolny" made in small, simple, stylized letters, not connecting with each other, having the same point value significantly lower than the point value of the letters of the inscription "dino", drawn with continuous lines of variable width, very thick, outlined with a very thin shadow of the same width, in white. The letters of the inscriptions "dino" and "szkolny" give the impression that they are convex. Above the letter "n" of the inscription "dino" there is the manufacturer's logo, which is a stylized inscription "Lubawa" made in small letters slanting to the right, from the capital letter "L", not connecting with each other, without serifs. The letters of the "Lubawa" inscription constitute a logo placed on a symmetrical field with the proportions of a rectangle, the longer side of which is horizontal, with shorter sides rounded convexly with arcs with a radius close to half the height of this field, which has a red background. Above the rectangular field of the "Lubawa" inscription background, on the upper horizontal line of its edge, in its vertical axis of symmetry, there is an image of several stylized fruits such as an apple, a pear and two stone fruits, in the surroundings the circumferential wreath made of three lines of variable thickness has not been closed. Above the letter "o" of the inscription "dino", on its upper section, which is less than half of the circumference, there is the inscription "szkolny" made in small, simple, stylized letters, not connecting with each other, having the same point value significantly lower than the point value of the letters of the inscription "dino", drawn with continuous lines of variable width, very thick, outlined with a very thin shadow of the same width, in white. The letters of the inscriptions "dino" and "szkolny" give the impression that they are convex. Above the letter "n" of the inscription "dino" there is the manufacturer's logo, which is a stylized inscription "Lubawa" made in small letters slanting to the right, from the capital letter "L", not connecting with each other, without serifs. The letters of the "Lubawa" inscription constitute a logo placed on a symmetrical field with the proportions of a rectangle, the longer side of which is horizontal, with shorter sides rounded convexly with arcs with a radius close to half the height of this field, which has a red background. Above the rectangular field of the "Lubawa" inscription background, on the upper horizontal line of its edge, in its vertical axis of symmetry, there is an image of several stylized fruits such as an apple, a pear and two stone fruits, in the surroundings the circumferential wreath made of three lines of variable thickness has not been closed. The entirety of the manufacturer's logo formatted in this way, with the exception of the "Lubawa" inscription, is made in red. The second dominant accent of the foreground of the label's graphic is a stylized image of the upper half of the torso of a mythical dinosaur, shown in front view. The dinosaur's head, depicted in a broad smile, has two closely placed black eyes, surrounded by white eyes. The dinosaur's open mouth smile is also shown in white, its disproportionately large head is set on a conical body tapering upwards, on the left front of which numerous symbolic brown scales are shown. In the lower part, on both sides of the stylized dinosaur's body, there are images of two stylized four-fingered hands, with a thumb raised upwards in a gesture of satisfaction. The entire image of the stylized dinosaur, located to the right of the vertical axis of symmetry of the label field, is outlined with thin, continuous lines of equal thickness, black in color. The entire image of the stylized dinosaur, except for the described fragments in brown, white and black, is maintained in purple. The second plane of the label's graphic, constituting its non-dominant background, is filled with stylized and maintained in specific colors, images of a carrot with a fragment of green leaf on the left side, a strawberry in red in the middle, and several apples in yellow and light green with brown stalks.
