Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie kolorystyce oraz slow- no-graficzno-kolorystycznym ukladzie etykiet. The essence of the design is a new form of the item manifested in the shape, colors and the word-graphic-color arrangement of the labels. The package is presented in the drawing, where fig. 1 and fig. 2 show a view of the package from the front and a view of the package from above in the first version, fig. 3 and fig. 4 show the package in the same view in the second version, fig. 5 and fig. 6 show the package in the same view in the third version, fig. 7 and fig. 8 show the package in the same view in the fourth version, fig. 9 and fig. 10 show the package in the same view in the fifth version, and fig. 11 and fig. 12 show the package in the same view in the sixth version. The packaging according to the design has the form of a transparent jar with cylindrical walls with a circumferential narrowing equal to the width of the label surrounding the jar. The cap has a diameter equal to the diameter of the jar, so that when connected together they create a cylindrical shape of the packaging. The cap is black, with a label in the form of a banderole placed in the middle of the cap. The banderole has the shape of a circle, which is connected to a rectangular stripe reaching the label surrounding the jar. The circle of the banderole is yellow in a very light shade. On this background, right at the edge of the circle, there is a logo in the form of a double elliptical wrapper made of lines of varying thickness in black. Inside the wrapper, there is a crown with two wavy ribbons, made in yellow and black. The covers are crossed by a double circle located near the rim of the circle, made with lines of varying thickness in yellow, in a shade darker than the background. Inside the circles, below the logo, there is the inscription SOS KIELECKI made in large, block letters of the alphabet, in black with yellow undershadings on the right side of the letters, in a shade darker than the background. In the lower part, the circle is filled with a graphic depicting a complex of buildings in brown. The banderole strip is in a very light shade of yellow, and along it run two parallel lines located a short distance from the edges and reaching the circles placed on the cap label. On the banderole strip in the part visible from the front side of the packaging, the inscription "Tradition of sauce production 1964" is visible, with each part of the inscription made one below the other. The inscription is made in a fanciful, slightly inclined script, in lower case letters of the alphabet, in yellow, in a shade darker than the background. Around the cylindrical part of the jar, there is a label in the shape of a rectangle, the background of which is divided into two longitudinal strips, the upper one is wider and made in a very light shade of yellow, and the lower one is narrower and its color changes in individual varieties depending on the type of product. In the upper part of the yellow strip, there is a logo in the form of a double elliptical cover made of lines of varying thickness in black and yellow. Inside the cover, there is a crown. with two wavy ribbons. On the sides of the ellipse there are two parallel horizontal lines in a yellow colour darker than the background. Between the lines there is the inscription PODKRESLA SMAK in black, with the word PODKRESLA placed on the left side of the ellipse and the word SMAK on the right side of the ellipse. Below the ellipse there is the inscription SOS KIELECKI in one row, made in large, block letters of the alphabet, in black with a yellow shade on the right side in a shade darker than the background. Centrally below this inscription there is a smaller inscription specifying the type of product, made in a colour matching the background colour of the lower strip. On the background of the lower strip, along the entire length, there are graphic elements made of black lines and presenting graphics referring to the composition of the product marked with such a label as shown in fig. 1 to fig. 12. In the first version, the lower strip of the background of the label described as above and the inscription specifying the type of product "horseradish" are made in blue, and on the background of the blue strip there is a graphic showing horseradish roots interspersed with fine grains as shown in figs. 1 and 2. In the second version, the lower strip of the background of the label and the inscription specifying the type of product "curry" are made in a dark shade of yellow, and on the background of this strip there is a graphic showing spices, including ginger root and a cone of spices, interspersed with fine grains as shown in figs. 3 and 4. In the third version, the lower strip of the background of the label described as above and the inscription specifying the type of product "curry" are made in a dark shade of yellow, and on the background of this strip there is a graphic showing spices, including ginger root and a cone of spices, interspersed with fine grains as shown in figs. 3 and 4.
