Etykieta opakowania napoju Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta opakowania napoju energetyzujacego, przeznaczona do nanoszenia na jednostkowe opakowania w postaci puszek, kartonów, butelek i torebek foliowych, równiez torebek foliowych o poszerzonym dnie umozliwiajacym postawienie w pozycji pionowej. Etykieta opakowania napoju wedlug wzoru przemyslowego w trzech odmianach jest zobrazowana zalaczona ilustracja, na której: Fig. 1 - przedstawia pierwsza odmiane etykiety, Fig. 2 - przedstawia druga odmiane etykiety, Fig. 3 - przedstawia trzecia odmiane etykiety. Wykaz odmian etykiety opakowania napoju wedlug wzoru przemyslowego: a) odmiana 1 - przedstawiona na figurze 1, oznaczona nazwa „GREEN-UP GRANAT", b) odmiana 2 - przedstawiona na figurze 2, oznaczona nazwa „GREEN-UP TROPIKALNY", c) odmiana 3 - przedstawiona na figurze 3, oznaczona nazwa „GREEN-UP ZURAWINA". The industrial design is for an energy drink packaging label, intended for application to individual packages in the form of cans, cartons, bottles, and plastic bags, including plastic bags with a widened bottom that allows them to be placed vertically. The beverage packaging label, in three variations, according to the industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustration, in which: Fig. 1 - shows the first variation of the label; Fig. 2 - shows the second variation of the label; Fig. 3 - shows the third variation of the label. List of variations of the beverage packaging label according to the industrial design: a) variation 1 - shown in figure 1, marked with the name "GREEN-UP GRANAT", b) variation 2 - shown in figure 2, marked with the name "GREEN-UP TROPIKALNY", c) variation 3 - shown in figure 3, marked with the name "GREEN-UP ZURAWINA". Essential features of the industrial design: graphic layout and colours of the label as a whole with a two-colour background created from a regular arrangement of drawings of sophisticated branches with leaves in a slightly lighter tone than the background of the given surface, with centrally placed inscriptions with an original composition and typeface, and with word-graphic elements and pictorial elements; the color division of the label into three parts: the middle part in green and the upper and lower parts in the same colors: in the first variant - yellow-orange, in the second variant - yellow-green and in the third variant - pink-red; the central part consisting of a horizontal green band, the color of which is gradationally lighter towards the bottom, with two horizontally placed inscriptions "GREEN-UP" in large white letters, with a characteristic bold font, highlighted with light green contours, above each of which inscriptions there is, partially above the green band, a white inscription in large letters "ENERGY FROM NATURE" against the background of a dark green rectangle with rounded corners and surrounded by a white frame, and with a white inscription "NATURAL CAFFEINE FROM GUARANA" placed between the inscriptions "GREEN-UP" in a circular arrangement with a drawing of a leaf in the background protruding beyond the area of the circle, wherein the leaf and the circle are lighter green than the green of the band, and the circle is highlighted with white outline; situated in the upper part of the label, above the inscriptions "ENERGIA Z NATURY" and "GREEN-UP" - the company's word and graphic markings "Herbapol ESSENCE OF NATURE", in which the dark green word "Herbapol" in a stylised font is horizontally incorporated into a light green drawing of a leaf outline above the barely visible dark green inscription "ESSENCE OF NATURE", the leaf with the inscriptions is superimposed on a dark green square surrounded by a white frame and the edges of the leaf highlighted with a dark green outline are partially outside the square area; above and below the inscriptions "ENERGIA Z NATURY" and "GREEN-UP" there are image elements made up of sets of fancy leaves in various green colours, highlighted by external bands located on the right side of the leaves and containing - placed below the green band of the inscriptions - drawings of fruit illustrating the taste of the designated drink: in the first variant - the bands emphasizing the fancy leaves are in dark orange, and the drawing of the fruit is a halved pomegranate, placed above the white inscription "GRANAT" against the background of an orange rectangle with rounded corners surrounded by a white frame in the second variant - the bands emphasizing the fancy leaves are in dark green, and the drawing of the fruit is a composition of halves of kiwi and orange and a whole pineapple with a green plume of leaves, placed above the white inscription "TROPICAL" on the background of a green rectangle with rounded corners surrounded by a white frame, while in the third variety - the stripes highlighting the fancy leaves are in dark red, and the fruit drawing is made of three cranberries, placed above the white inscription "ZURAWINA" on the background of a red rectangle with rounded corners surrounded by a white frame.
