Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac wzoru slowno-graficznego do aplikacji na etykiety opakowan jednostkowych i zbiorowych dla wyrobów przemyslu piekarskiego, wywolujaca u odbiorcy okreslone skojarzenia znaczeniowe. Wzór slowno-graficzny przeznaczony jest do odrózniania róznego gatunku wyrobu piekarskiego ze wzgledu na zawartosc skladnika wyrózniajacego. Wzór przemyslowy przeznaczony jest równiez do wykorzystywania we wszelkich materialach promocyjnych i reklamowych, drukach firmowych, a takze stronach internetowych jak równiez do wykorzystywania w dzialalnosci przedsiebiorstwa i nadajacy sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania technikami drukarskimi w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy. Nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w polaczeniu ksztaltu z kompozycja plastyczna, kolorystyka i fantazyjnym polaczeniem elementu slownego z elementem graficznym nadajac mu wyrózniajacy walor estetyczny. The word-and-graphic design is intended to distinguish different types of bakery products based on their distinctive ingredient content. The industrial design is also intended for use in all promotional and advertising materials, company stationery, and websites, as well as for use in business operations. It is suitable for repeated reproduction using industrial or craft printing techniques. The new and unique form of the industrial design is manifested in the combination of shape with the visual composition, color scheme, and the imaginative combination of word and graphic elements, giving it a distinctive aesthetic value. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the illustration material by means of photographs showing variations of the design intended for various types of bakery products, wherein the individual figures of the illustration in a general view show: Fig. 1 – illustrates the design in the first variation, where the word layer and the outer band around the perimeter of the label are in blue color intended for bread made of graham flour, Fig. 2 – illustrates the design in the second variation, where the word layer and the outer band around the perimeter of the label are in brown color intended for wholemeal bread, Fig. 3 – illustrates the design in the third variation, where the word layer and the outer band around the perimeter of the label are in green color intended for buckwheat bread, Fig. 4 – illustrates the design in the fourth variation, where the word layer and the outer band around the perimeter of the label are in orange color intended for bread containing husk. from onions, Fig. 5 – illustrates the design in the fifth variation, where the word layer and the outer band around the perimeter of the label are burgundy, intended for spelt bread with cherries. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The industrial design presents a characteristic form of a graphic pattern, the shape of which resembles a round badge with a colored band around the perimeter depending on the product for which it is intended. For example, for graham flour bread – blue, for whole wheat bread – brown, for buckwheat bread – green, for bread containing onion skins – orange, and for spelt flour bread with cherries – burgundy, as shown in the attached illustration in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5. Inside the circle on a white background, the text: PIECZYWO PELNE ZDROWIA Z WARMII I MAZURY is inscribed in a circle in the color of the outer band around the circle. Centrally in the circle is a graphic element depicting grain ears, which are entwined with a stalk at the bottom, creating a figure symbolizing a double heart, thus alluding to the product's health-promoting properties.
