PL 23195 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie wyrobu miesnego. Opakowanie w szczególnosci jest przeznaczone dla kielbas i szynek plasterkowanych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i indywidualna postac opakowania nadana mu przez ksztalty, kolorystyke oraz ornamentacje na etykiecie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji zbiorczej, na której: fig. 1 przedstawia odmiane nr 1 wzoru przemyslowego, fig. 2 przedstawia odmiane nr 2 wzoru przemyslowego. The packaging is intended in particular for sausages and sliced hams. The essence of the industrial design is the new and individual form of the packaging given to it by the shapes, colors, and ornamentation on the label. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached collective illustration, in which: Fig. 1 shows variant no. 1 of the industrial design, Fig. 2 shows variant no. 2 of the industrial design. Significant features of the industrial design The significant features of variant no. 1 are: a rectangular shape of the base of the packaging in the color of a golden tray connected to a transparent foil constituting the front wall of the packaging on which the label is placed; in the upper part of the packaging on a navy blue background, a logotype comprising a graphic set in the form of the logo "Henryk Kania, Master Butcher from Pszczyna" in white font on a red background, below it the inscription "Maestro" underlined in gold letters and in the central part a white oval element with gold ornamentation on a gold horizontal ribbon with the inscription in two lines "SZYNKA DOJĘWAJACA Henryk Kania". In the lower part of the label, a graphic depicting a layer of ham slices and a pink piece of ham on a white plate. The essential features of variety no. 2 are: a rectangular base in the color of a golden tray connected to a transparent foil constituting the front wall of the packaging, on which the label is placed; a logo in the upper part of the packaging on a navy blue background, comprising a graphic set in the form of the "Henryk Kania, Master Butcher from Pszczyna" logo in white font on a red background, with the inscription "Maestro" underlined in gold letters underneath, and in the middle part a white oval element with gold ornamentation on a gold horizontal ribbon with the inscription in two lines "SZINKA SMOKED SZYNKA Henryk Kania". The lower part of the label features a graphic depicting a layer of ham slices on a white plate, a piece of smoked ham, a green salad and a red tomato half.
