Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta posiadajaca zastosowanie, jako oznaczenie na produkty spozywcze, a w szczególnosci napojów. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez oryginalny wystrój graficzno-kolorystyczny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych ilustracjach. Etykieta przedstawiona na Fig. 1 zawiera ponadto napis „Brzoskwinia z cytryna" ulozony poziomo oraz figury owoców które sa polaczeniem górnej czesci brzoskwini z dolna czescia cytryny; kompozycja oraz napisy ulozone sa na bialo-zóltym tle z pomaranczowymi lamówkami etykiety. Etykieta przedstawiona na Fig. 2 zawiera ponadto napis „Cytryna z limonka" ulozony poziomo oraz figury owoców które sa polaczeniem górnej czesci cytryny z dolna czescia limonki; kompozycja oraz napisy ulozone sa na bialo-zielonym tle z zóltymi lamówkami etykiety. Etykieta przedstawiona na Fig. 3 zawiera ponadto napis „zurawina z grejpfrutem" ulozony poziomo oraz figury owoców które sa polaczeniem górnej czesci zurawiny z dolna czescia grejpfruta; kompozycja oraz napisy ulozone sa na bialo-zielonym tle z czerwonymi lamówkami etykiety. W górnej czesci etykiety po jej lewej stronie ulozony zostal poziomo oraz po prawej stronie ulozony pionowo zostal logotyp skladajacy sie ze slowa „TYMBARK" oraz liter „net", gdzie litery „ne" oraz „t" zostaly oddzielone elementem graficznym w postaci zarysu liscia po przekatnej którego widoczne sa fragmenty nózki. W centralnej lewej czesci kompozycja skladajaca sie ze slów ulozonych w pozycji poziomej slowo pod slowem, przedstawiajacego nazwe produktu, umieszczona na oryginalnym polaczeniu figur dwóch owoców. Po prawej czesci powtórzono w tym samym ukladzie nazwe produktu natomiast uklad figury owocu zostal zmniejszony i przeniesiony powyzej. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by an original graphic and color scheme. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations. The label shown in Fig. 1 also contains the inscription "Peach with Lemon" arranged horizontally and figures of fruit combining the upper part of a peach with the lower part of a lemon; the composition and inscriptions are arranged on a white and yellow background with orange label trim. The label shown in Fig. 2 also contains the inscription "Lemon with Lime" arranged horizontally and figures of fruit combining the upper part of a lemon with the lower part of a lime; The composition and inscriptions are arranged on a white and green background with yellow label trim. The label shown in Fig. 3 also contains the inscription "cranberry with grapefruit" arranged horizontally and fruit figures that combine the upper part of a cranberry with the lower part of a grapefruit; the composition and inscriptions are arranged on a white and green background with red label trim. An important feature of the industrial design is its graphic decoration presenting the word and graphic composition of the label created from fancifully presented main flavor variants. In the upper part of the label, on the left side, there is a horizontally arranged logo and on the right side, there is a vertically arranged logo consisting of the word "TYMBARK" and the letters "net", where the letters "ne" and "t" are separated by a graphic element in the form of a diagonal outline of a leaf with parts of a stem visible. In the central left part, there is a composition consisting of words arranged horizontally, one word below the other, representing the name of the product, placed on an original combination of two fruit figures. On the right part, the name of the product is repeated in the same arrangement, while the arrangement of the fruit figure has been reduced and moved above.
