Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest etykieta posiadaj aca zastosowanie, jako oznaczenie na produkty spo zywcze, a w szczególno sci napojów. Istot e wzoru przemys lowego stanowi nowa i posiadaj aca indywidualny charakter posta c wytwo- ru, nadana mu przez oryginalny wystrój graficzno - kolorystyczny. Przedmiot wzoru przemys lowego zosta l przedstawiony na za laczonych ilustracjach. Etykieta przedstawiona na Fig. 1 zawiera ponadto napis „marakuja, cytryna, jab lko, lulo, kiwi, marakuja, cytryna", umieszczony na wewn etrznej kraw edzi czarnego ko la, centralnego elementu z nazw a „Life" oraz napis „ZIELONY" u lo zony pionowo wzd lu z ca lej litery „L", po jej lewej stronie. W centralnym elemencie wzoru pod napisem „Life" znajduje si e fragment owocu kiwi i lulo, a w tle kompozycji widniej a cz esci ww. owoców. Dolna cz esc wzoru zosta la zaakcentowana kolorem zielonym. Etykieta przedstawiona na Fig. 2 zawiera ponadto napis „grejpfrut, cytryna, jab lko, winogrono, grejpfrut, cytryna", umieszczony na wewn etrznej kraw edzi czarnego ko la, centralnego elementu z nazw a „Life" oraz napis „RÓ ZOWY" u lozony pionowo wzd lu z ca lej litery „L", po jej lewej stronie. W centralnym elemencie wzoru pod napisem „Life" znajduje si e fragment owocu grejfrutu i li sc, a w tle kompozycji widniej a czesci ww. owoców. Dolna czes c wzoru zosta la zaakcentowana kolorem bia lo- ró zowym. Etykieta przedstawiona na Fig. 3 zawiera ponadto napis „winogrono, wi snia, jab lko, pitahaja, cy- tryna, aronia" umieszczony na wewn etrznej kraw edzi czarnego ko la, centralnego elementu z nazw a „Life" oraz napis „CZARNY" u lo zony pionowo wzd luz ca lej litery „L", po jej lewej stronie. W centralnym elemencie wzoru pod napisem „Life" znajduje si e fragment owocu pitahaja i aronia, a w tle kompozycji widniej a czesci ww. owoców. Dolna cz es c wzoru zosta la zaakcentowana kolorem fioletowym. Etykieta przedstawiona na Fig. 4 zawiera ponadto napis „liczi, ananas, banan, jab lko, kokos, li- czi, ananas, jab lko" umieszczony na wewn etrznej kraw edzi czarnego ko la, centralnego elementu z nazw a „Life" oraz napis „BIA LY" ulozony pionowo wzd lu z ca lej litery „L", po jej lewej stronie. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by an original graphic and color scheme. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations. The label shown in Fig. 1 also contains the inscription "passion fruit, lemon, apple, lulo, kiwi, passion fruit, lemon," placed on the inner edge of a black circle, the central element with the name "Life," and the inscription "GREEN" placed vertically along the entire letter "L," to its left. In the central element of the design, below the inscription "Life," there is a fragment of a kiwi and lulo, and in the background of the composition there are parts of the aforementioned fruits. The lower part of the design is accentuated with green. The label shown in Fig. 2 also contains the inscription "grapefruit, lemon, apple, grape, grapefruit, lemon" placed on the inner edge of the black circle, the central element with the name "Life", and the inscription "PINK" placed vertically along the entire letter "L", to its left. In the central element of the design, under the inscription "Life", there is a fragment of a grapefruit and a leaf, and in the background of the composition there are parts of the above-mentioned fruits. The lower part of the design is accentuated with white and pink. The label shown in Fig. 3 also contains the inscription "grape, cherry, apple, pitahaya, lemon, chokeberry" placed on the inner edge of the black circle, the central element with the name "Life" and the inscription "BLACK" placed vertically along the entire letter "L", on its left side. In the central element of the design, under the inscription "Life", there is a fragment of a pitahaya fruit and chokeberry, and in the background of the composition there are parts of the above-mentioned fruits. The lower part of the design is highlighted in purple. The label shown in Fig. 4 also contains the inscription "lychee, pineapple, banana, apple, coconut, lychee, pineapple, apple" placed on the inner edge of the black circle, the central element with the name "Life" and the inscription "BIA LY" placed vertically along the entire letter "L", on its left side. In the central element of the design, under the inscription "Life", there is a fragment of a pineapple and lychee, and in the background of the composition there are parts of the above-mentioned fruits. The lower part of the design is highlighted in yellow. An important feature of the industrial design is its graphic design, which represents a word-graphic composition of the label, created from fancifully presented main flavor variants. In the central part of the label, the name of the product is presented in white letters on a black circle - "Life", below which the main fruits included in the product are listed. In the background of the label there are parts of all the fruits mentioned by name on the label.
