Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta produktu spozywczego, przeznaczona do umieszczania na opakowaniach jednostkowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez oryginalny wystrój graficzno - kolorystyczny oraz cechy linii konturów i ksztaltów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których: Fig. 1 – przedstawia pierwsza odmiane wzoru, Fig. 2 – przedstawia druga odmiane wzoru, Fig. 3 – przedstawia trzecia odmiane wzoru, Fig. 4 – przedstawia czwarta odmiane wzoru. Wszystkie odmiany wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuja sie tym, ze w górnej czesci etykiety znajduje sie zielony lisc, na którym umieszczone jest logo TYMBARK zbudowane z napisu TYMBARK wykonanego duzymi, drukowanymi literami w kolorze jasno - i ciemno - zielonym. Napis jest polozony na linii luku na bialym tle, obwiedziony ciemno-zielona ramka od zewnatrz oraz jasno-zielona od wewnatrz. Na wysokosci liter M, B, A na dolnym brzegu ramki otaczajacej napis TYMBARK umieszczony jest owoc jablka w kolorze czerwonym z jasno zielonym listkiem. Analogicznie na wysokosci liter M, B, A nad górnym brzegiem ramki widoczne sa cyfry 1936 w kolorze ciemnozielonym, z których kazda jest obrysowana jasnozielona linia, dajaca efekt przestrzenny – trójwymiarowy. Bezposrednio ponizej, w centralnym miejscu etykiety na prostokatnym pasku umieszczona jest nazwa „ice tea", napisana minuskula o oryginalnym ksztalcie. Napis umieszczony jest pionowo, litery nie sa ze soba polaczone. Napis od lewej i od prawej strony ograniczony jest grubymi pionowymi liniami w kolorze napisu. Na dole po prawej stronie znajduje sie serce w zielonym kolorze i cienkim bialym konturze. Nad sercem, umieszczona jest czesciowo zaslonieta czastka owocu - odpowiednio cytryny, brzoskwini, limonki. Pierwsza odmiana wzoru (fig. 1) charakteryzuje sie tym, ze napis „ice tea" jest koloru brazowego. Tlo wzoru jest zólte i stanowi skórke oraz wnetrze owocu cytryny, a takze krople i strumienie wody. Z prawej strony znajduje sie kawalek cytryny. Druga odmiana wzoru (fig. 2) charakteryzuje sie tym, ze napis „ice tea" jest koloru brazowego. Tlo wzoru jest zólte i stanowi skórke oraz wnetrze owocu brzoskwini, a takze krople i strumienie wody. Z prawej strony znajduje sie kawalek brzoskwini. Trzecia odmiana wzoru (fig. 3) charakteryzuje sie tym, ze napis „ice tea" jest koloru zielonego. Tlo napisu jest koloru zóltego. Tlo reszty wzoru stanowi zielony lisc z widocznymi na nim kroplami wody. Z prawej strony znajduje sie kawalek limonki oraz strumien wody. Czwarta odmiana wzoru (fig. 4) charakteryzuje sie tym, ze napis „ice tea" jest koloru zielonego. Tlo napisu jest w kolorze pomaranczowym. Tlo reszty wzoru stanowi zielony lisc z widocznymi na nim kroplami wody. Z prawej strony znajduje sie kawalek cytryny oraz strumien wody. Etykieta wykonana jest z folii PVC, przy czym moze byc wykonana z innych materialów. The essence of the industrial design is the product's new and unique form, imbued with original graphic and color schemes and the characteristics of contour lines and shapes. The industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations, which: Fig. 1 – shows the first design variant; Fig. 2 – shows the second design variant; Fig. 3 – shows the third design variant; Fig. 4 – shows the fourth design variant. All industrial design variants are characterized by a green leaf at the top of the label, bearing the TYMBARK logo, composed of the word TYMBARK in large, block letters in light and dark green. The inscription is set on an arc line on a white background, framed by a dark green frame on the outside and a light green frame on the inside. A red apple with a light green leaf is positioned at the lower edge of the frame surrounding the TYMBARK inscription, parallel to the letters M, B, and A. Similarly, the numerals 1936 are visible in dark green, each outlined with a light green line, creating a three-dimensional effect. Directly below, in the center of the label, the name "ice tea" is placed on a rectangular stripe, written in its original minuscule shape. The inscription is positioned vertically; the letters are not connected. The inscription is bordered on the left and right by thick vertical lines in the same color as the inscription. At the bottom right, a green heart with a thin white outline appears. Above the heart, a partially obscured piece of fruit is placed – a lemon, a peach, or a lime, respectively. The first design variation (fig. 1) is characterized by the inscription "ice tea" being brown. The background of the design is yellow and represents the skin and interior of a lemon, as well as drops and streams of water. On the right side, there is a slice of lemon. The second design variation (fig. 2) is characterized by the inscription "ice tea" being brown. The background of the design is yellow and represents the skin and interior of a peach, as well as drops and streams of water. On the right side, there is a slice of peach. The third design variation (fig. 3) is characterized by the inscription "ice tea" being green. The background of the inscription is yellow. The background of the rest of the design is a green leaf with visible drops of water on it. On the right side, there is a slice of lime and a stream of water. The fourth design variant (fig. 4) is characterized by the inscription "ice tea" being green. The background of the inscription is orange. The background of the rest of the design is a green leaf with visible water drops on it. On the right side there is a slice of lemon and a stream of water. The label is made of PVC foil, but can be made of other materials.
