Etykieta Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta na butelke. Etykieta charakteryzuje sie nowa i indywidualna postacia, nadana je j przez ksztalt, kolorystyke i ornamentacje. Etykieta bedaca przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt prostokata. W srodkowej czesci etykiety znajduje sie napis FRULLENA. Pod tym napisem umiejscowiony jest napis AQUA. Na dole etykiety, pod napisem FRULLENA oraz pod napisem AQUA znajduje sie napis informujacy o smaku napoju O SMAKU TRUSKAWKOWYM. W tle ww. napisów znajduja sie owoce - truskawki umiejscowione w dolnej polowie etykiety, natomiast w górnej polowie etykiety znajduje sie wizerunek strumienia wody mineralnej. Odmiana wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta wg. fig. 1, która opatrzona jest napisem FRULLENA AQUA O SMAKU CYTRYNOWYM i ponizej strumienia wody mineralnej umiejscowionego w górnej polowie etykiety znajduja sie owoce - cytryny. Odmiana ta jest przedstawiona na rysunku -fig.2. Odmiana wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta wg. fig. 1, która opatrzona jest napisem FRULLENA AQUA O SMAKU JABLKOWYM i ponizej strumienia wody mineralnej umiejscowionego w górnej polowie etykiety znajduja sie owoce -jablka. Odmiana ta jest przedstawiona na rysunku -fig.3. The label is characterized by a new and unique form, given to it by its shape, colors, and ornamentation. The label being the subject of the industrial design is rectangular. In the center of the label is the inscription FRULLENA. Below this inscription is the inscription AQUA. At the bottom of the label, below the inscription FRULLENA and below the inscription AQUA, there is an inscription informing about the drink's flavor: STRAWBERRY FLAVOR. In the background of the aforementioned inscriptions are fruit – strawberries placed in the lower half of the label, while in the upper half of the label is an image of a stream of mineral water. The industrial design is shown in the drawing - fig. 1. A variant of the industrial design is a label according to Fig. 1, which bears the inscription FRULLENA AQUA WITH LEMON FLAVOR and below a stream of mineral water located in the upper half of the label there are fruits – lemons. This variant is presented in Fig. 2. A variant of the industrial design is the label according to Fig. 1, which bears the inscription FRULLENA AQUA WITH APPLE FLAVOR and below a stream of mineral water located in the upper half of the label there are fruits – apples. This variant is presented in Fig. 3. Essential features of the industrial design: a rectangular label with the FRULLENA logo in the central part and the inscription AQUA below the logo, as well as an inscription informing about the drink's flavor, depicting, against the background of the above-mentioned inscriptions, fruits located in the lower half of the label and an image of a stream of mineral water located in the upper half of the label.
