Etykieta Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta na butelke. Etykieta charakteryzuje sie nowa i indywidualna postacia, nadana je j przez ksztalt, kolorystyke i ornamentacje. Etykieta bedaca przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt prostokata. W górnej czesci etykiety znajduje sie logo HELLENA. Pod tym logo umiejscowiony jest napis JABLKO. W tle ww. elementów oraz na dole etykiety, pod logo HELLENA oraz napisem JABLKO znajduja sie owoce - jablka wraz z liscmi. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku - fig.l. The label is characterized by a new and individual form, given to it by its shape, colors, and ornamentation. The label being the subject of the industrial design is rectangular. At the top of the label is the HELLENA logo. Below this logo is the inscription 'APPLIE'. In the background of the aforementioned elements and at the bottom of the label, below the HELLENA logo and the inscription 'APPLIE', are fruits – apples with leaves. The subject of the industrial design is shown in drawing - fig. 1. A variant of the industrial design is the label according to fig. 1, which bears the HELLENA logo and the inscription 'WINOKRONO' (GRAPE). In the background of the aforementioned elements and at the bottom of the label are fruits – grapes with leaves. This variant is shown in drawing - fig. 2. A variant of the industrial design is the label according to Fig. 1, which bears the HELLENA logo and the inscription CHERRY, and in the background of the above-mentioned elements and at the bottom of the label there are fruits – cherries with leaves. This variety is presented in Fig. 3. A variety of the industrial design is the label according to Fig. 1, which bears the HELLENA logo and the inscription BLACKCURRANT, and in the background of the above-mentioned elements and at the bottom of the label there are fruits – blackcurrants with leaves. This variety is presented in Fig. 4. A variety of the industrial design is the label according to Fig. 1, which bears the HELLENA logo and the inscription POMARANCZA, and in the background of the above-mentioned elements and at the bottom of the label there are fruits – oranges with leaves. This variety is presented in Fig. 5. A variety of the industrial design is the label according to Fig. 1, which bears the HELLENA logo and the inscription GREJPFRUT, and in the background of the aforementioned elements and at the bottom of the label there are fruits – grapefruits with leaves. This variety is presented in Fig. 6. A variety of the industrial design is the label according to Fig. 1, which bears the HELLENA logo and the inscription JABLKO MIETA, and in the background of the aforementioned elements and at the bottom of the label there are fruits – apples with mint leaves. This variety is presented in Fig. 7. Essential features of the industrial design: a rectangular label with the HELLENA logo in the upper part, below which there is an inscription with the name of the fruit, and in the background of the aforementioned elements there is an image of the fruits indicated in the inscription with leaves.
